Came in looking for a wrangler, Stan the man made it

Came in looking for a wrangler, Stan the man made it happen for me!! Got a heck of a deal and they worked with me amazingly with my trade-in. I got a way higher value than I ever expected on my new jeep & for my trade in. The manager even gave me my first duck!! Great group of people that made the experience flawless.

We decided to look at a 2014 jeep at the dealer.

We decided to look at a 2014 jeep at the dealer. We were trading in a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. The sales person was very nice and what is knowledgeable about the jeep. We went for a test drive. We came back and then it was time to negotiate. We were trading in a vehicle and had to pay off the loan. They came back with a figure that was pretty low 22,000. I had a paper that said another company would give us 26,000. The salesman did that ploy of writing on a piece of paper, which was the paper I handed him with the figure I would buy the vehicle.writing on a piece of paper, if I got that price. He went to negotiate with the manager and they came back with a lower price. I did not catch that. I should've said no we have a paper here that you have me sign it said you would give me this price. Then he said because we were trading it in we would get a credit on the taxes. This is a pretty cheap tactic considering we already paid taxes when we bought the car in the first place so we wouldn't be paying taxes on it again anyway. My experience there was pretty good up to that point. The cheap tactic overshadows everything.

Need a oil change, and the dealer I was working with used

Need a oil change, and the dealer I was working with used the wrong oil, and would not change it. Tom Obrien got me in the same day, and got it handled. Great Job! I hope I have a new dealership for my service work. THANKS! Robert Murden

Charged for estimate.

Charged for estimate. I went in to get a quote for a passenger window replacement, they took around 15 minutes and came back with a very expensive quote and said the new window would take 10 days to arrive. How can someone be ok with not having a window for 10 days? Since i declined the quote and the 10 day wait, they charged me for taking a look at the car and for the quote. Besides that, the interaction with Service Advisor Dave Hamilton was unpleasant and very unprofessional. As a regular customer, along with many of my friends who are also regular customers, I expected better service. No one should have to be treated like this.

As usual, excellent service when my wife was stranded at

As usual, excellent service when my wife was stranded at the grocery and the van would not start; turned out to be a bad battery. Bob Jaggers , Service Manager at Tom O’Brien North, is the absolute best and got it repaired and back to us the next day!
