Joke.

I did the application online for myself and then called for my son. Ben completely ignored my application and didn't even tell me that he couldn't help. Just had me waiting all of the day into the next for a response. knowing the whole time he didn't care to run my information.

Be careful if you buy

Bought a $29,000 issues from day one. Asked to bring back and get our trade back. They wouldn't. It's been at a shop for a month and $5000 plus in repairs still not fixed.

I paid how much ????

Purchased a 2014 Audi for 23,000.00 on 1/22/23 . The day after (1/23 ) I got it home the starter went, they repaired it. It was fixed on wenesday Feb 1st 10 days) I had it towed by them back to me at my expense. Then I told them on Feb 8th about oil leak between engine and transmission was soaked and also vibration engine mount engine splash shield missing and issue with the steering tight and a noise. I returned the car to them to be fixed, ( Thursday Feb 15) was advised all the above was done. Both Ben (salesrep) and Brian ( service rep) are great, the GM not so happy with Was fixed on Friday night Feb 24th, I picked it up on Saturday the 25th On Mar 8th oil light came on, I was told a complete oil change but the car took 5 qts of oil Humm. Now after 4 calls plus, the GM Kaitlin is going to handle this. Was finally returned and promised that "THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS" Then on March 15th the TPMS went, the abs the steering issue returned. Kaitlin said well snow and cold perhaps happens to her car all the time. Also it was past the 30 day warranty and I had driven the car 866 mile. Guess the 19 days which they had it to be fixed the the 120 mile driving back and fourth to them don't count. Now I am told the car needs over 5,700.00 of work and that's just parts no labor. Still not a return call. I also at my cost fixed the TPMS, and ABS $990.00 Texted the sales rep Ben, to keep him in the loop. Every detail, text has been sent and I will forward the repair quote to them also. Honestly, I own a small business and as much as it hurts me to file a complaint but STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT. I have paid to get the TPMS and ABS see attached the next quote is for the work which needs to be done. The alignment I was told was done was not, and the tires were sold to me bald but not visible, as the tread on both front tires was on the inside. The steering issue which was brought to their attention each time, and was told it was taken care of.

POOR AND SAD EXPERIENCE

BE AWARE OF CARS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS THAT WERE NEVER REPORTED TO CARFAX !! In june 2022 I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from the Auto Wholesalers in Hooksett NH. I asked the sales person if the Van was involved in any accidents and I was told negative he even showed me the carfax report . After I brought the Van home I noticed that the right hand sliding door was not closing flush and that the paint on it did not match the paint on the Van also the Van's body aft of the right sliding door it was fixed and repainted . It looked like the door and the body aft of the door was involved in some sort of accident or similar. I went back to talk with the owner John Kelly and explained to him what I found wrong with the Van and asked him to step outside and look at the Van but he refused to do that and when I asked him to take the Van back and refund me he turned violent and offensive telling me to get the ef out of his place . Later he called me and he informed me that the right sliding door along with Van's body aft of the sliding door was hit previously and he had to replace it with a used part .

AUTOWHOLESCAMMERS

These people lie on their website saying their cars come inspected, they DONT. awful service. they’re cheap..watch out if they tell you “no lights on, nothing wrong. DONT BUY ANY CAR HERE. This lot is full of JUNK, selling uninspected, overpriced, UNSAFE cars!!!!!!

I'm sorry that you are having issues with your vehicle. The vehicle that you purchase is one of our wholesale AS-IS vehicles, like the vehicle you purchased any vehicle almost 20 years old does not come inspected. Under the vehicles description online it very clearly stated the vehicle was AS-IS and we suggest you bring a mechanic to check it out as we don't bring them in our shop. I explained this to you as well when you were sitting at the salesman's desk. We never stated if there is no lights nothing is wrong, we wouldn't know as they are not looked at in the service department. Sorry you had a poor experience here, we try to make it clear when purchasing our wholesale units our suggestion to bring someone mechanically inclined.

Smoke & mirrors this place

Everything was great... until I had issues in the first 30 days. After that 30 days, they did not want to touch my car for the same continued issues. Even though I purchased an extended warranty. Now i need a transmission 3 mos later. That warranty was just money in Auto Wholesalers's pockets. They never explained the limited coverages. Typical car dealers. No ethics. Just bunk car sales, commissions checks & kick backs they receive for useless warrantys. They don't care about anything else. Business is business I suppose.

One word - Awesome

had the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. Everyone here is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire process of trading and and purchasing was quick, painless, and easy. Danny too great care of us and was very personable. Matt was great helping us out with financing, getting is approved for a great loan even with not so great credit. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We actually enjoyed talking with everyone during our car buying experience. I can't say I've ever enjoyed the process of buying a car until purchasing a car here. I would highly recommend think dealer to everyone, and plan on stopping by the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.
