Issues with Customer care post-sale

Sales process seemed fine... issue came when we realized an item was not present on the vehicle that we had been led to believe was there during negotiations. When we returned to have this rectified we were told “that doesn’t come on that model, you can go buy it in the parts department and have service install it.” Sales management does not care about customers at all after you buy.

Ended up leasing my brand new 2018 Challenger here.

After researching few dealerships ended up leasing a 2018 Challenger here. Very satisfied with the people who helped me with my lease Mr Hiram Gonzales and another salesperson Beatrice. Based on the service and knowledge they provided I left very satisfied with my Challenger. Overall everything was exceptional.

they were very hepful and they neved tried to pressure us.n

they did a real good job in every way. they never tried to pressure us in to buying anything that we did not want. they took their time with us and by letting see every car that we wanted to see and was always up front about the cost of the vehicle. thanks again for being so helpful and understanding with us.

Excellence all-around

Found the perfect (college graduation gift) car, at the perfect price, online! Then had the absolute pleasure of working with Hiram G! He was TERRIFIC, not salesman(y) at all! I will certainly do business with him again!

The worst experience in customer service

Never again will I be a customer at this location! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade and recently got t-boned. I brought it to their collision center as I was already familiar with their sales staff. HUGE MISTAKE. Chrysler is such a joke and this location has had ZERO customer service. I have been without my car for almost 2 MONTHS!! For a different excuse every single time I call.. “they were shipped the wrong parts” or “we only have one mechanic and he is hitting overtime so it’ll have to wait” and lay blame everywhere other than themselves. I have to personally call them to get any updates and I am still without my car. My 30day rental expired through my insurance and they wouldn’t compensate a rental car as my car still wasn’t ready. So they offered to “go in half” with the rental car. GO IN HALF!? I am a customer.. and I also work in customer service. I would NEVER ask that of a customer to spend their money for a situation where my workplace was to blame. Every estimated and confirmed date of completion has been pushed back, creating and time off request at my place of business an absolute joke. Do not shop here. Do not get your car fixed here. An utter disgrace of customer service and compassion from the entire collision center team. Heed my warning please

A great experience and a great vehicle!

Due to our growing family, it was time to upgrade from our SUV to a minivan. We did a great deal of research and decided we were interested in a Chrysler Pacifica. I communicated with Aaron via email about a certified used 2017 Pacifica and he responded promtly with all of the answers to my questions (and there were plenty of questions!). I was impressed immediately by his responses which were professional and prompt. When we arrived for our appointment to see the vehicle, Aaron was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt relaxed throughout the process, never feeling the pressure often associated with buying a car. Aaron was upfront and transparent and made purchasing our vehicle simple and quick! We love our Pacifica and would absolutely recommend both the dealership and Aaron!

The importance of great customer service.

Customer service appears to be a lost art in this 21st century. However, I'm glad to say this was not true with Aaron. He exemplified superior customer service without being over bearing. Every question ask, he was able to obtain an answer. The most important thing was his attitude. He was never pushy, dismissive, or aggressive at any time. He also stayed 4 hours after his day ended to closed the deal. This was my first experience with Greenway. I will definitely refer people back to Aaron, he is an excellent representation of this company.
