Explore the 2013 Audi S6

Best car I've ever owned, best value too!

I bought my 2013 S6 used with 121k Mi in 2019 from a dodge stealership for $21k. At that price I knew something was wrong, but took the gamble. To my delight, it was only a coolant leak that the Audi stealership fixed for about a grand. In the +23K miles that I've put on it, I've only had to replace breaks, front wheel hub, and control arms, which is expected at that mileage. I've never been left stranded. I've upgraded the ECU and TCU software and have lowered the car using VCDS, and none of that has given me any issues, only increased driving enjoyment. Then after a month of owning it, my GF discovered that my front seats have built in massage! I've owned 2 Audis before this and a dozen other cars, and I have to say this is my favorite by a huge margin, and an excellent value. It really is the prefect blend of comfort and performance. I just got the parts to convert to E85, will be adding near another 80HP and paying a $ a gallon less for fuel, couldn't be happier! Now it's paid off, I can spend $ on upgrades and get the handling on par with other high performance sedans in it's segment.

Super Quick like a Rocket Ship. So Fun!

This car is powerful and fast. Quick acceleration and handling. Refined spacious interior with room for the family. Luxurious features with a great Bose stereo standard and power everything. Love driving this car. Never get tired of it. Has been very reliable.

Best car I've ever been in, hands down.

Bought mine new exactly 7 years ago and it just rolled 100K. I chose it over a BMW M3 mainly because it listed 5mpg's better. A year later when BMW came out with the new model M3 I had a chance to "play" with one on a very tight mountain road. It was very clear that he was way over matched by this beast. I stayed right with him but was hardly pushing it. Interior is second to none, well when new it was listed in one magazine as being one of the top 10 of all time. Creature comforts like adapative cruise control, surround cameras, rain sensing wipers, etc are only now starting to get common. I've only had one real expensive failure, the PCV valve (they have a different name) failed but waranty covered it. Few minor issues like a failed gas door release solenoid. Reliability has been fantastic, wish I could say the same about my A4. :( currently it's stage 1 tune, I've had 3 stop light drags won 1 and tied 2. The 2 were both Tesla P85D's. So yea It's quick. Now you can get one for around $20-$25K, It's a deal in used cars you aren't going to find anywhere. I still grin ear to ear and can't believe I own such a great machine!

If you feel the need for speed...

Then this is the car for you. Otherwise the AT is a better fit. I came from a 750 n/a before this and the torque and power in this car is amazing. I have been a BMW fan for years. In deciding on a car to buy I looked high and low and came to a BMW 550 and an Audi S6. I chose the S6 because when I had my BMW 750 acceleration was there but insignificant. The S6 feels like it is ready to unleash xxxx all the time. A tap on the accelerator lurches everyone in the car deep in their seats. Admittedly you lose the comfort with this beast but I don't mind.

A Sneaky Beast

Love the tech, headlights, infrared, HUD, heat/cool/massage seats, B&O sound. Even un-tuned, it’s a blast- stage 2 tune approaches supercar performance. Sure- footed. Maintenance is spendy.

Best overall luxury and performance car I've owned

This car meets and exceeds all my expectations of what a high quality luxury performance sedan should be at an affordable price. One of the last great V-8 engines around and with quattro, you feel like your always in control . Must drive an Audi car to really appreciate it.

Incredible car

What an incredible car! It is by far the best car I have owned. The power and AWD go so well together. You can drive the car as a luxury in Comfort Mode, but change it to Dynamic mode and most cars cant keep up with you. I do recommend using snow tires (Blizzaks) for the winter months. The only disadvantage is finding any other car to replace this one ;-)

So far so good

I have owned this S6 for about a month now and all I can say is WOW! it is refinement at its best. So smooth and comfortable and when you push the skinny one down, OMG! Same goes for the other one, I’ve read the brakes are touchy but I disagree. Very easy to come to a smooth controlled stop that won’t wake up the little guy in the back seat. Quick firm pressure though and you better have you seat belt on. The brakes do squeal on light pressure right before you stop but I’ve read this is a common problem with big ceramic brakes. Easy to drive slow and easily goes fast if you want. Great ride.

Fast sleeper car, very comfortable!

Just be sure the turbos aren't blown like the one that I bought! Once the turbos are settled this car has been very reliable and very fast. Steering feel is a little numb but everything else is fantastic.
