Sport luxury car

This is my 3rd BMW, after owning an older 750 iL, and an 04 330 iL, the current 328 i, with M package and all the options that BMW has available, this car just turns heads. Very good handling, much better than any other BMW or sports car. The Manual transmission makes driving fun, and saves me gas. The aero dynamics of this car are great. I could not be happier wi this car, which looks like and drives like an M3 but is realible n economic like a Civic.

Fastest car with the most gadgets. Fully loaded

Great car but I bought the sports model 328i Car is fast but rides a little rough big rims little tire. Next time I will not get the sports package, also goes through tires real fast, it cost about 250.00 a tire for the run flats. The heated steering wheel is currently acting up and had to get the hard drive Rebooted for the iPhone to work. All in all fun car to drive

I'm in love

I traded in an 04 Acura TL for this 328. The BMW is head and shoulders above the TL in every way. This is my first BMW and first rear wheel drive. I'm now a huge fan.

Love this 328i convertible

This car is awesome. I've never had a BMW before but now it's going to be hard to switch to something else. The only thing I would improve on is the comfort of the seats since I got the sport package and they are too firm. It would also be nice to not have to put the key in the ignition for the engine to start with the push button technology. Overall, I love this car!

Enjoyment

It may not be as comfy as those large luxury sedans I drove before. To me, it is comfortable and better than the "A". I enjoy my car and always take it just for a drive apart from everyday commuting. I would highly recommended this most well balanced compact luxury sedan with great driving enjoyment

All-Wheel Drive Sedan, Poor Build Quality

First looks, the steering wheel looked like the face of Roger, the alien from American Dad and felt awful compared to the one in the convertible. Sharp edges on the turn signal stalk scraped my finger skin every time I engaged the turn signal. The scroll button used for accessing settings [on the same turn signal stalk] was flimsy, and felt like it was poorly fitted. The cabin seemed small in the back. Seating position is quite low; I had to undergo physiotherapy with the purchase of my previous BMW to heal right ankle pain from having to rest my foot flat on the floor [while in cruise control] with my knee pointing sharply upwards in that low seating position. Driving off, acceleration was very responsive. The suspension felt extremely firm on even marginally rough roads, not cushy and pleasant at all. I noticed some vibration/surge that I could feel in my left knee resting on the door panel and in my right thigh resting on the seat, while idling below 750 RPM. The dealer cited it to be a normal surge, but I would not settle for it being considered normal. I could hear squeaking from the back while driving, and it was diagnosed by the dealer to be the e-brake sticking, but only while parked. I would not settle for that response either, since the squeaking persisted while driving with the e-brake disengaged. I returned the car to the dealership but they would not take it back, and could not fix something they cited to either be normal or non-existent. I sold the car as a used car after driving it 80 kilometers over two days. Needless to say, my last purchase from BMW.

Great!

This is my 4th BMW, and my favorite of them all. I purchased a 328i Xdrive, Premium and Sport package. The one thing I wanted to call it is the sport package. I actually didn't want it, thought it would make the ride rough, but it wasn?t that at all, the ride is in my opinion more comfortable, not to mention the improved handling. The paddle shifters are cool and they draw attention. The body line are stunning, power on 328i is more than enough of regular, to spirited city driving. The only drawback I have noticed is the 328i with the air conditioning on high there is a noticeable loss of power. The car is over all great.

Great car, with a great ride and oh so smooth!

I just purchased a 328i with xdrive and am loving the car. The ride is sporty but not harsh and the car is extremely quiet. The new Idrive is so much better than the old one. It takes a little getting used to but once you figure it out it works great. Especially like being able to send locations from google maps to the car. Great feature. Probably the best feature is the xenon headlights. They look great and make everything so much easier to see at night, especially like that they turn with the steering wheel. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone in the market for a sporty luxury sedan that does everything right.

3 Series for the win!!!

I own a 2009 BMW 328i xDrive and absolutely love it. I have driven the car through several snow storms with 4+ inch deep snow and thanks to the xDrive system I have had no problems, even at 70mph! The performance is extremely impressive for only 230hp, and is certainly quick enough for some thrills. The six speed transmission is smooth and can be sporty when you want it too, or seamless for normal driving. The new facelift makes the 328 look as sharp as ever and now most of the exterior lighting is now provided by LED?s. The new iDrive system is incredibly better than the previous system and substantially easier to use. The new stock sound system is one of the interiors biggest surprises, and is one of the best audio systems I?ve heard in a car. The 09 328i xDrive is simply the best entry-level luxury vehicle that money can buy.
