Great driving car

This is a great driving car: great handling, power, very smooth on road. Manual changes very smooth. PROS: One of the best drivers car CONS: Plan on maintenance over 100,000 miles. Ex: oil housing gasket, water pump, valve cover gasket. PRO: At 152,000 miles still drives great!

Worst car I ever owned

This car has cost me a fortune in the past 2 1/2 years. It spends as much time broke down in "Limp Mode" as it does on the road. I swear they reset a timer on it when I take it to the Stealership so it has to come back in every so many weeks for a new expensive repair. When it runs it is one of the best I have ever owned as far as power and handling. I am actually going to get rid of it because I just am tired of playing the BMW twin turbo break down game. I could go on but it would be all negative. RUN AWAY FROM THIS MODEL> BMW's are NOT what they use to be, What a shame.

best driving car, fast and nimble

Drives like a dream, when the top is up it feels like a hard top, when the top is down, you know your in a convertible without all that harsh wind noise, quite and smooth. The BMW 335i is fast and corners on rails. highly recommended for fun and excitement. the ultimate driving machine is correct.

if you take care of it it will be realiable

its a performance car with great engine and you can upgrade it easily. the maintenance is lit a bit expensive but it has very good aftermarket parts and they are cheap. it has plenty of legroom and it is A VERY good car for city driving and small families

Great car if you don't buy from a used dealership

Comfortable, fun and sleek. I test drove 4 335i's so by no means am i an expert but it by far is one of the nicest cars I've been in, id rank it just below a CTS V. With the Sports, Premium and Audio package this car is awesome just as long as you didnt buy one well over 100k miles or from a used car dealership. Reliabilaty is where this car usually falls flat on its face, plastic charge pipe prone to crack/ completely explode under boost after time, waste-gate and turbo issues. (turbo issues can usually be avoided if you replace the stock inter cooler with a decent aftermarket one, keeping up on oil changes and not shutting the car off shortly after spirited drives.

Best Daily Driver Coupe of All Time

This car does it all. From the gorgeous, flowing exterior design to the spacious and luxurious interior it's a car that even people with very little knowledge of cars can appreciate. Being the top of the line non M car in the 3 series line up, this car makes loads of power and has a very usable power band with very usable torque at the low end of the RPMs. This car is just about perfect in every way except for the reliability. This car has a few well known issues including the turbochargers, which can be pricey to replace, but after spending some money getting a high milage example running like new again you will have a fantastic daily driver that doubles as an extremely fun car.

Pop's 4 door family rocket

I thought I knew how good BMW engineered their cars until I read their twin-turbo engine won engine of the year three years in a row! I own a 2008 335i but this same engine is available in the 4, 5 and 6 series cars. Driver beware...if you test drive this beast, you'll buy it!

This car is fast!

This car is a sports car first, and a luxury vehicle second. 6 cylinder twin turbo blows everyone out of the water!

style and substance

Luv luv this car, the performance of the twin turbo is amazing and mine has the sport package and awd. Only complaint w the car is the seats are a bit more narrow than the previous generation 3 series so its tighter seats. Styling inside and out is amazing and for a car having over 100k miles this thing still rides and feels sooo tight.
