2018 BMW X1 consumer reviews

I love this car. It does everything I wanted it to and more. Drives like a dream. I never knew I needed some of these features and now I don't know how I lived without them. I haven't had it long enough to really review reliability, but my last BMW was still going strong after 12 years and 140,000 miles, so I expect this one to be reliable as well.

We love our X1! It?s been fun to drive but also really quiet and comfortable. A slightly bigger engine option would be nice but the performance is usually there when we need it.

Prior to owning the X1, I had a BMW 328. I had the 328xi serviced in March and they gave me an X1 as a loaner. Needless to say that I fell in love with it. I absolutely loved the ease of getting in the vehicle as well as how I was able to see the road at a better vantage point. I also liked how it felt like a sedan in the interior.

Surprising amount of room, flawless handling, corners like a sedan. Commanding on the road as it eats up miles. Phenomenal MPG, sprightly engine, revs freely. Excellent driving dynamics. Strong acceleration and deceleration. Neutral weight distribution, powerful braking. HUD, LED lights etc. Rear leg and shoulder room almost beyond belief. Brilliant in conception and execution

Beautiful, reliable, high level of safety features , fun to drive, very well designed for small family and very stable on the road. I recommend to take a test drive.

The vehicle appears to be most up to date in terms of aesthetics, and technologies. Up on test drive, it drove better than a lot of my previous vehicles I've owned over the years, without sacrificing fuel economy, which in my book is direct tribute to BMW.

This car meet my expectation but not perfect due to some little things. This a very reliable car, lot of horse power for a small suv. interior design is excellent.

This mini suv is just the right size for me. I am petite so the seats and visibility is important to me. I love that the seats can be adjusted to my height. I feel safe driving this car. There are a lot of features that I haven?t learned to use yet but each new feature that I learn about is practical and convenient to use. I would recommend the BMW brand of suvs to anyone.

This small SUV hugs the road, feels safe, reliable and in control. I used to own a Mini which is BMW basically... it reminds me of the great drive I had with that car. Leg room A+, visibility A+, cargo room is perfect for my needs. The technical equipment is great as far as phone pairing, radio and bluetooth capabilities. Instrument panel is easy...love the auto sensor wipers and panorama sun roof! Gas mileage on par with vehicles i've had in the past and it works for me.

After driving a full size SUV for a few years, but ready to downsize and not ready to sacrifice space, the BMW X1 is the perfect choice for me. It has all the options I wanted for safety and convenience. Love the exterior/interior color combo. Yes, it requires high octane gas but the Econ mode helps conserve fuel. Then again, I also like the Sport option which gives the car extra pick up for when I need it. I've wanted a BMW for a long time, and now I have it!
