Steer Clear!

We only had this car for less than a year and have already put in 3k in repairs. Not worth your time or money :(

Think Twice About It!

This car will run you an average of $1200.00+ monthly in repairs, undoubtedly! I own one with 64k miles. I only keep it for sentimental value.

BMW X5 3.0i.

The E53 X5 is based on the near legendary E39 5 series chassis. Because of this it drives and handles more like a sports car than any other SUV of its time, and more so than most current SUVs. Ours is the 3.0i, with BMW’s awesome straight six, which will run forever if not neglected. We’ve had no major trouble with it at all, and really no minor trouble either. Regular maintenance, and now that it has over 100,000 miles on it, suspension bushings and things like that. It’s been properly maintained so its reliability has been pretty bulletproof. The styling is still very good even at its age, and the interior is still one of the nicer designs and more comfortable interiors that you’ll find in an SUV. Highly recommended as a used SUV, but find one that was well-maintained to avoid issues that any neglected car can have.

Expect the unexpected to happen, still love BMW

The bmw must be well maintained at all times , and it will shine, however, if you lose love for it , coil packs will go, and more, overall fun car ,

This is the best truck I have owned.

Sporty truck with plenty of leg room. I love the sun roof and the good traction. Good Highway performance. I would recommend this the sporty flashy type. The one with swagger I would say.

Not built to last.

Bought ours 2nd hand. Yes of course that's an issue but can it give you 100ks with age. We had 200ks on clock. Great first two weeks. Then replaced head gasket. Then saftey belt light would ring out. Then radio fail. Wiper fail. 4wd light fail. Got new tow bar. Plugs. Elec brakes, and did a a 2000k road trip with caravan. Towed correct weight not flogging it. Yippee! Didn't break down made it back. Highway only. Got back. Stalled. Towed. Fuel pump. Dead. Dash lights and ignition fixed. Back diff blew out. Tow. Then front. Tow. Front diff again. Trade in. Big money loss. Was nice to drive. Looked good. Won't buy another BMW. Be warned.
