Early Review - So Far So Good

Pros - style, comfort, features - cons, terrible function for the read entertainment system, cargo space is poor, rear window design and wiper system need work, gas mileage could be better

Most beutifule and reliable car I ever drove

Luxury, great in gas, getting so many wonderful feelings and comments on the road. Great trunk size, great for long trips and local commute. I do recommend as number one choice SUV.

Great SAV!!

Loved everything about the X5. Exterior, interior and features and it handled like it was on rails!!! Handles well in snow as well. I?ve had two (an e53 4.4i and an e70 50i), and will be purchasing one once my lease is up on my 2018 X3.

Midsize SUV that really zips!

Recently bought a 2016 BMW X5 xDrive35i preowned. Granted, it's still a bit too early to tell on reliability, but from what I've read on the N55 engine, it's commonly used in the BMW lineup and dependable. Coming from a 2012 Honda CR-V, I love the X5! It's fun to drive, handles with minimum body roll for a non-sedan, and has plenty of power given its 300 hp and 300 lb of torque. BMW's infotainment system, iDrive, is incredibly intuitive to use. In regards to value, it honestly is much more overpriced than it's other luxury competitors, I suppose that's the BMW approach. If I was purchasing new, there would be no way I'd buy a BMW. Buying used was much more palatable, knowing the initial owner had taken on much more of the depreciation of the vehicle. Overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed driving this around!
