Excellent value

Our only negative is the lack of adequate vision space due to the small, top to bottom, widows and the massive front and side support columns. Overall it is a fine driving machine.

Very quiet car with a great ride

I have owned this Buick for 5 years. It has been very reliable and it is a incredibly quiet car. The backseat and trunk are very roomy. I have the 4-cylinder model and it gets 35 miles per gallon on the highway when going 60 miles per hour. There have been no problems with the motor or the drivetrain.

Buick Customer No Service

I bought a new Buick LaCrosse in September 2011. After having it less then 2 years and multiple trips to the dealership for an engine compartment issue I was told nothing was wrong. That the engine was supposed to sound that way (even by the senior service manager at Rivard Buick) Over the next 3 years and trips to two other dealerships I am finally told that this noise is a serious issue with my engine and that there were 4 service bulletins for this issue dating back to 2013. No one at any of the dealerships told me about this until after the warranty was up. It was a competitor dealership that informed me and not Buick. Now I have been in contact with Buick customer service they tell me it?s not there responsibility to tell customers about the service bulletins even though there media campaign letters say they are supposed to. They say customer satisfaction is important to them. After contacting customer service for the final time time today I was lied to and told that I refused diagnostics on my vehicle amongst other untruths. Buick has lost my trust and my business.

I love My Buick

This is a great vehicle. Drive great, love the extra features. And it has lots of leg space. Not to mention it's a beautiful car. Getting use to having to use the back-up camera because of the bulky rear but hey it could be worse and not have that feature.

Comfortable Buick needs better Reliability

A quiet comfortable vehicle that has Reliability issues with the running gear and never met its published fuel economy.

Looks baaad with wheels, tires & caliper covers

Bought it new in Jan of 2012. Nicest road car I've ever had and probably the best looking but I wasn't really crazy about it until I put the widest tires that would fit on black 20" rims and yellow caliper covers. The car now looks terriffic and it handles much better too. My friends ask me if I got a new car it looks so much better.

Used 2011 LaCrosse nice road vehicle

When I was searching for a higher mileage vehicle with a history of lasting a long time, naturally I came to Buick. This is NOT my father's Buick indeed! With 90K miles on it, my car drives smooth as silk. I would highly recommend this car for those who love road trips. It's so quiet and comfortable in every seat, and don't be surprised when your passengers are lulled to sleep. Mine still looks brand new, and I know the only other owner it had took fantastic care of it. I love this car, and you have officially made me a Buick girl!
