Oustanding vehicle for the price
Just bought this vehicle and was looking at a Cadillac CT6. For the money and features offered you can not beat a Buick. Rides smoother than a CT6 and has the features of the CT6 but at a much better value and they offered what I wanted on the lot.

Best car I ever bought
The Sellers dealership could not have been more helpful. My previous car was also a Buick and their service department is outstanding.

Most comfortable car I ever owned
My new Buick is awesome. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis so comfort & safety are very important to me. This car exceeds both in my expectations. Within 2 weeks of my purchase I had to take 2 long distance drives. The adaptive cruise control and all the other "techie" option s plus the comfortable seating made this trips totally enjoyable. I am in love with my car :)

My second LaCrosse
My 2013 LaCrosse was excellent but was totaled in a wreck. I was not injured, the car and airbags were. So I happily replaced it with the improved 2017 larger and even better safety equipped version, and am quite pleased

Buick sets NEW benchmark among Luxury Sedans
"I own the redesigned 2017 Buick LaCrosse, Premium/AWD. Previously I drove the 2010 LaCrosse, purchased new and redesigned that year. My satisfaction with the previous generation was outstanding, delivering exceptional service and reaching nearly 80K miles at trade-in. The NEW generation LaCrosse for 2017 undoubtedly sets a higher benchmark for Domestic Luxury Sedans! In addition to its superior comfort and quietness while in motion, this model simply excels in technology and efficiency. Loaded with every safety feature imaginable, this Buick also includes the most advanced 3.6l VVT 310hp V-6 engine, that includes Auto Cylinder-Deactivation and Auto Start-Stop technology. These features collectively assure impressive gas mileage without compromising on rapid acceleration. The latest available, 8-speed auto transmission, is operated by a very intuitive, shift-by-wire control knob. Gear transitions are flawless at speed. Being completely fair & honest with such low mileage currently, I choose to rate my experience in "Reliability" as "Average". However, if this model meets or exceeds my experience with the 2010 Buick LaCrosse, I will surely give it a 10/10 as well. I have no doubts on the future of this car. Every Professional review that Ive researched, suggests that this Buick will indeed give most comparable Foreign Luxury Sedans a serious run for their money!"

Not sure about this car.....
I question whether current owners of LaCrosse will like the 2017 ... The shifter is confusing and the start-stop-jerk on every stop Is annoying.....I am having trouble getting used to it.....!

Pretty Solid Car
I don't own the car (yet) but I've test driven it a half dozen times. The ride on the 18" wheels is plush - what you would expect from Buick (and what we used to expect from Cadillac). The handling is decent, the design is clean and modern - but this is subjective. The quality of materials is ok, nothing to write home about, but above Nissan / Honda similar sedans. The seats are kind of cheap looking, even with the weather, and somewhat soggy in my opinion. I had no issue seeing over the dashboard as one of the other reviewers. The cabin is quiet, not a vault, but quieter than its comps. Beware the 20" wheels though. The ride is very "sporty" as the Germans would say; IMHO it's too rough. The sophisticated suspension does not make up for the larger wheel size. You will hear and feel the road a lot more than the 18" wheels version. If you want a cushy car, get that version, otherwise you can find better sporty cars out there. Overall I am pleased with this car. The only car that comes close (to the Preferred - top Lacrosse version) is the Genesis G80, which has a nicer interior but seems heavy and not as nimble as the Lacrosse. The Lacrosse is also more advanced in technology - better V6, most modern start/stop out there, etc. I am planning on buying one of these two in the near future. These two cars are great for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable ride. Good job Buick.

Buick failed its Lacrosse Owners
Buick needs to go back to the drawing board with the new Lacrosse. highly anticipated and hugely disappointing. In the drivers seat you feel as though you are in a pit with an absolutely HUGE looming dash and an abnormally and uncomfortably high center console. Materials are good. Exterior styling looks like its 5 years old and has the same rear haunches as the Chevrolet Impala. Buick was on a roll with styling and performance and I think they really let everyone down with the "new" 2017 Lacrosse. I will keep my 2012 until they get it right.
