2017 Buick LaCrosse consumer reviews

I have had little problems with it since I bought it. The customer service at the two of the dealers I have taken it too has been awful. I bought the car on May 24th, 2018. Two days later the check engine light came on. It went out on the 30th but on June 3rd, after filling the car up with gas for the first time, the car didn't start when I first turned the key. I called the dealership and told them what was going on and on the 5th, I took the car in. I picked it up on the 8th and was told it was just a bad battery. I questioned it, thinking it wouldn't have anything to do with the engine light but was told it did. The next day the engine light came back on. I took it back in after a day they called me to tell me they found an unconnected hose under the hood. In July I took the car on a road trip to Maine. Among other things, the heated/cooling seats didn't work. It took until 2/8/2019 to have them fixed. At one point I had the service manager tell me that they did work but because it was hot outside you just couldn't feel it. I was also told by a different service person that the heating didn't not work but the cooling seats for GM were just bad and that I shouldn't expect much. I called Buick's 800 help line and they were of no help. The lady there would call me to follow up on something we had already discussed, tell me things that weren't true and eventually put my case in some type of pending status because the dealership wasn't calling her back and there was nothing she could do.

Bought this car 9 months ago and I love it. It’s fully loaded and drives like a dream. Love the features and all the bells and whistles. This is a great car and I’m going to enjoy owning it.

The car provides smooth acceleration and precise response. The interior is comfortable and provides sufficient leg room in the front and back even for tall passengers.

This is a nice looking car inside and out. It?s a fun car to drive and very comfortable. The engine definitely has pick up and go.

This car met every need I had. I checked every block on my check list. It has been very reliable and comfortable. The HUD it very useful and displayed my turns from my GPS and my current speed. This car is great for traveling.

Beautiful car looks snide and out. A lot of room particularly for back sear passengers. Pretty good gas mileage for large car. For some reason seats seem a little too big and not quite as comfortable on longer ride. Car is also not as quiet as I would like on certain types of pavement. However, it is a lot of car for the money.

The LaCrosse is far superior to the foreign competition and is vastly underrated. I have had a ton of compliments on it since I got it, especially those that road in it.

Great new style, lots of tech and 310 hp make it go real good. Surprising in almost every way, (in a good way) Definitely not disappointed.

I can't stop thinking about it. I can't wait to get it. It is my dream car taking me back to my grandfather and his 1975 Buick LeSabre.
