2016 Cadillac ATS consumer reviews

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!

Horrible 23,000 the transmission started to shudder took it to dealership had them put the new transmission fluid they recommend. Car worked great transmission was smooth. 5000 miles later it came back worse then before. Which means the first round of shudder caused irreparable harm to the torque converter. The warranty was over and I didn't have thousands for a new tc or transmission. Only for it to malfunction again. Because the transmission they used and replace existing ones with is faulty. Some guy I saw replaced his rear axel 4 times before he found a good one. I dumped it for a toyota il never buy American again

Car is great for driving until it started having issues on the touch screen console. Car is 2016 and in 2020 the screen started acting up and now literally we can't use the screen anymore. Lose all the functions that goes through the console: audio,aircon/heater controls, etc. We love Cadillac, actually bought another Cadillac (XT5)in 2020 but might be the last if this happens again.

Very nice ride and enjoy driving it. I like all the luxury items and safety such as lane departure warning and blind spot mirrors and forward crash alert

I bought my ATS used with 19k miles on it. I now have 37k. The car is very attractive inside and out. It has the 2.0L four-cylinder LTG engine coupled with the 6-speed manual transmission. It has plenty of power, and the transmission, despite what others have said, performs flawlessly. I drive the car with respect and have gotten an overall 30.5 MPG for the last 18k miles of ownership. Handling and ride are superb. I have the Premium trim which includes the heads-up display and meteorological shock absorbers, two options I have found to be particularly desirable. The seats are very comfortable. The pass-through feature of the rear seats folding down makes a small trunk a non issue. The CUE interface did not work when I purchased the car, but was repaired completely without cost on warranty. The CUE has operated perfectly since. The rear axle seals were replaced, again on warranty, due to leaking. Those are the only two problems I've had, both fixed without cost by the dealer. The car is quiet and operates well whether driving on the expressway, in the suburbs, or in city traffic. The performance, the handling, and the economy make this car a perfect choice. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

THIS CAR IS GREAT ON GAS AND RELIABLE NO PROBLEMS DRIVE IT MONDAY TRUE FRIDAY .. TIRES AND BATTERY REPLACED AND YOU NRMAL OIL CHANGES EVERY 3 MONTHS.

I've owned many Cadillac vehicles ... the ATS has proven to out-perform every other Cadillac. Styling is top-notch, attention to detail, ease of use, car gets perfect marks.

This has been an awesome vehicle to own. Fun to drive with extremely responsive turbo and 8-speed auto-manual trans. All the right interior creature comforts and hey, it's a Cadillac.

Classy Chic-Car gives you carefree attitude. definitely would be keeping it if I wasn't restricted to a walker. Cadillac dealers help keep it very well maintained.
