2011 Cadillac SRX consumer reviews

This car has met all my expectations, and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend "Cadillacs " to friends and strangers. Love the design and comfort.

So far so good , had a larger suv and I am enjoying the comfort of a smaller one. I think I made a good choice.

Easy to enjoy. Best of most everything little pricey, even used. It is Small for a family of five but we have a bigger vehicle for that. I would buy another.

This car meets all my needs, right leg room comfortable and a wonderful sound system. As a great shop detail exterior and interior touch. As plenty of legroom and most of all the unique full panel sunroof is great at night.

I bought my 2011 SRX used with 80,000 miles on it. I was so happy and it is such a comfortable luxury car. It was fine for a few months. We had a severe storm with heavy rain, so the next day the car wouldn?t start, had to have it towed the power brakes were also locked up. And the battery ended up getting replaced. I have a sunroof, I can hear the water gurgling after the rain. Then another time after it had rained, water got into the lift gate, so the rear would no longer open up. Now the backup camera is all fuzzy, no picture, suddenly the seat adjustments, heater, air are not working. Car was parked in drive way for 2 days now large crack in windshield for no apparent reason, now the brake return is sticking, When I drive, also the engine always runs rough filling up with gas, I only go to Shell gas stations. The car is a pain I only put 20,000 miles on it in almost 3 years I own it. NO, I don?t recommend or would ever buy a Cadillac ever again. I am thinking about trading it in. Contacted Cadillac Customer care, forget it! These are not routine maintenance costs or repairs.

This is my first Car and I bought it by myself. And I have to sell it because I gonna go oversea for long time and I personally have no idea how long it gonna be. So, I have to find another person to take care of my car. If you are not trying to find a comfort and nice car, please come to see others.

I have owned this car for nearly 5 years now and have put 100k miles on it (now at 126k miles on the odometer). This car is. a. TANK. I did have one issue with the reluctor ring associated with the ABS on all four wheels (each one broke about 6 months apart, so over 2 years) in which the entire wheel bearing needed to be replaced each time. Other than that, I have not needed to bring this car into any repair place a single time, sans usual routine maintenance. I live in the Northeast and have the FWD version, and with snow tires...did I mention this thing is a tank?? The fact that it takes regular gasoline instead of premium saves a LOT at the pump. When you consider right now that regular is $2.93 and premium is $3.49, everyone complaining about the gas mileage for this luxury vehicle, when compared to other luxury vehicles that get comparable MPGs but you're paying nearly 60 cents more/gallon which adds up very quickly, needs to take into account that price difference. I get compliments on the interior every time someone takes a ride in my car; I love watching their faces when the screen comes up out of the dashboard upon reversing. The sound system is amazing. The ride is comfortable, there is ample room for the tallest of adults in the back seat. I absolutely love it :)

Overall, this is an absolutely fantastic car. It's my first foray into the luxury vehicles, and I couldn't be happier happy only thing I wish was a little better with how the gear the transmission. It's a little soft in the shifting from my taste. Outside of that, everything about the car is great. Comfortable ride, wonderful anterior, and all the amenities one could want in a vehicle. And it's a very good looking car as well on the outside.

Great looking outside and luxurious interior. Most reliable car I ever owned. Leather Heated Bucket Seats, one third two thirds folded passenger seats are very practical.
