A pleasure every time I drive

Second owner 35,000 miles and have owned it for 3 months and I have to say I have enjoyed this car more than any other I have owned except a 1970 roadrunner I bought new at the age of 20.

Most fun to drive sedan I have ever owned

I have owned a 2007 xxx V since new, it has never let me down, handles very well with an abundance of power on tap. It has more features than you ask for at a price that is far below the competition. My only complaint is the navigation system is on the complex side. In over 50k miles I have had it in the shop only once, drivers side door window seal made wind noise. The dealer gave me a loaner and washed-cleaned my car and fixed the problem first time. I will buy Caddy again in 2010, probably a CTS V this go around.

A Luxurious Car with Decent MPG

I inherited our 2007 xxx with low miles in early 2009. It had been well-kept and was like new with less than 9,000 miles. It is quite good accelerating and stopping. Cornering for a car this size is also good. Comfort is excellenet. I have the V6 but wouldn't know it's not a V8 except at the gas pump: I get better MPG from the Caddy than from my V6 Jeep Liberty! The amount of electronic gadgetry is amazing, but also a bit intimidating. I can only imagine what repairs will cost when the original factory warranty expires. If I can't purchase a reputable extended service warranty when the original warranty expire, I doubt I will keep the car.

most pleasing car I've had in years and years

I bought an 07 xxx V6 with 14k. I have owned over 80 cars for my personal use and this one is exceptional. Our drive home from the purchase was about 700 miles-what an absolute pleasure. Each day that I drive it(if my son or wife haven't grabbed it first)I am more pleased that we have it. Quiet, comfortable and smooth-what more would you want.

The car looks cool, but thats about it!

I bought the car new in november 2006 and I am already having problems. It is an 07 STS4 V8. I thought it looked cool and had nice features, which it does, but it would have been nice to know that the reliability was as bad as it gets. I have just 35,000 miles and already have had issues with it. I have already had to replace the transmission at 25,000 miles, and it is in the shop again. The Navigation unit is terrible and has actually told me to go strait when there was no road left there. The gas mileage stinks, and it doesn't even handle well compared to Benz E class, BMW 5 series, Audi A6, Infiniti M series, Lexus GS, or Acura RL. All it does better than is the Lincoln! I am trading my Caddy in as soon as it gets out of the shop where it always seems to be.

I love this car!

I own a 4wd, 6 cylinder. I love the design of both inside and outside of vehicle. The luxury features are great. Love the heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel is wonderful for arthritic hands. The car handles great and is great on gas. The trunk is hugh which is a plus on a passenger car. The leather seats, stereo, adjustable steering wheel and gas pedal all add to the comfort. My husband, the car washer, has just one complaint. The disc brakes are not covered in any way and get the wheels filthy. They don't add to the look of vehicle.

Excellent riding vehicle, very comfortable.

I recently returned from a trip and was very pleased with the comfort this vehicle afforded me. It was a pleasure to drive and I actually went farther each day than I had planned, because of the comfort of this car. The adaptive cruise control should be manidatory in every car. It is not only a safety feature, but it keeps you more alert while on the trip. I thought I got a bargin for my 35K. I wish that I had bought a Cadillac years ago.

Our Third Cadillac

Just recently purchased this xxx, after owning a '03 SLS for four years. 98% of the vehicle is just right. On the 2% side, the vehicle could have a little more storage space and the door pockets are hard to withdraw anything when seated and buckled in. Otherwise, We heartily recommend this vehicle with the caveat of "it is very quick and you do not know your speed unless you look at the speedometer".

Bold styling stands apart

The Cadillac xxx has fantastic 'curb appeal'. It has bold, distinctive styling. It does not, like so many other cars, look like anything else. The proportions are the best of any of the current line from Cadillac. The interior appointments are contemporary and well executed. They are quite functional and the keyless remote with remote start is very useful. Power, even with the 'smaller' V6 (a modern 4 valve per cylinder design) is excellent. Economy is not class leading, but is within the acceptable for a car of this size. Handling is firm--like class peers--but comfortable. The standard sound system (with XM and CD) has tremendous accoustics. Overall, a very satisfying automobile that stands apart from the crowd in appearance.
