Great family car
We recently upgraded from a 2006 and this is both so much better and so much the same. It really feels like we are driving a new version of our favorite car.

Excellent Performance, Great Value
This Van is a fantastic vehicle and so easy to convert from passenger van to cargo van. Use for both, primarily cargo. The amazing gas mileage for its size, the comfort & roominess are all five stars. The number of ways it allows us to configure for space and people is awesome.

255000 km, it's reliable and going strong
I'm very happy with my caravan it's reliable and a nice drive in all road conditions. I've only found a few design flaws; a plastic part for the fold down seat on the floor can break, a small bit of hesitation on the gas pedal response and the radio/ amp setting for use when the vehicle is not being driven could be more user friendly. I bought mine new and find no problems with going to high millage. Only a few glitches in the build quality, transmission gear change can kick a bit hard at rare times and I've yet to do a reseal of side and rear doors for the clouds of dust that get in when on a dirt road

A Great Minivan
the Van had all the requirements for family including the storage areas, the mileage exceeded the specification and no problems for 5 years The alternator is the only major change except the tires over 50,000 miles.

Worst purchase ever
I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Caravan on April 27th of 2018 from this dealership. My first payment begins in June, and since the time I drove this vehicle off of the lot, it has been in the repair shop undergoing significant repairs. The first issue I encountered was my check engine light coming on after just 3 days of driving it. I was denied from Strong Volkswagon from receiving a loaner car to have my vehicle inspected by their service department, so I took it in to Ken Garff Dodge in West Valley City. The diagnostics said that the engine had a bad head gasket which needed to be replaced for 899 Dollars . After having replaced the head gasket, I drove the vehicle for 1 more week only to have the check engine light come on again as well as a little lightning bolt light on my Odometer. I took my vehicle in to Ken Garff again, and the diagnostic showed that the vehicle had a faulty ECM (the primary computer system for the vehicle) that costed 1200 Dollars and a gas pedal sensor that was malfunctioning that costed 300 Dollars. After half a week in the shop due to parts being delivered, I then drove the Dodge Caravan for 1 more week. The same 2 lights previously mentioned came back on, so I took it back to Ken Garff. This time, the dealership told me I would need to replace the wiring harness that would cost 2300 dollars. I called the warranty company that comes with Strong Volkswagon's lifetime warranty offer, and was denied for my claim of coverage for the wiring harness. I contacted the sales manager Nery Gonzalez who only offered me apologies, and told me that he felt sorry for me but there was nothing he could do for me. Since the purchase of my vehicle, I have not been able to drive it for more than a few days and have been through several life threatening encounters as I was forced to get off of freeways quickly as my vehicle would break down out of nowhere, AND I HAVEN'T EVEN MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
