Average Vehicle

Impossible to do majority of simple fixes yourself, therefore you spend way more than necessary taking it somewhere.

Love this vehicle

I have almost 97,000 miles on the Journey. It is a comfortable ride and I drive a distance to work - mostly highway. I always take it in for an oil change between 3,000 and 3,500 miles still has the original rear brakes, - just got front pads/rotors a couple weeks ago.

Most Happy with this purchase!!

Very happy with my purchase today....very roomy inside and handles great! love the keyless start...first time owner of this ...lots of storage and the interior was in execellent condition even though it was a used car/suv. I am very happy!! Thanks to Tim Hesseltine for making this experience quick and easy and most of all possible!

very impressive

I've owned a 2012 Dodge Journey and when I purchased it, it was everything and more. Room for my family of 4 and sporty. It has great gas mileage for traveling and a smooth ride throughout. No major problems. Only complaint, when the battery is drained, the vehicle shuts completely down. You're not able to shift any gears to N for towing. Otherwise, no issues with the push start engine. It's perfect if you're looking for a car/SUV in one.. The design is awesome and lots of storage (hidden) for concealing tablets, guns etc. This vehicle has the capabilities and speed to tow & haul like a pick up truck. I was able to move larger than normal furniture with the folding seats. Its fast, stylish, convenient and sporty for all needs.

Bought used 2012 journey rt. sept 1016 36000 km.

vehicle used only sparingly. Left to go on holiday and got less than 100km. Heard loud noise. Pulled over only to discover cv joint broke or pulled apart. Work covered by power train warranty. Was given a 15 day appointment. Now I am in a waiting mode uncertain of when it will be repaired. This vehicle is one of the newer vehicles I used to travel. Was not expecting this. I may have to go back to my 2006 Chevy silverado. 13 day wait for an appointment may say something about the dependability of Chrysler products!

I love this car!

I love everything about this car! The only thing is would change would be that I would have bought one with a back up camera because it's so much roomier then my compacts I have had in the past that it's taking me a little longer then normal to get accustom to the space needed for backing up and other maneuvering I need to do! Other then that I love the under seat storage in the front passenger seat! Having the two extra seats in the back have already been used and my in laws where so comfy in the second row that they both fell asleep

only car i didn't pick apart immediately.

I bought this car right off the delivery truck at the dealer. It had one mile on the odometer. After four years of owning this car, and using it as a real estate vehicle I can say I have never owned a car that I didn't really find fault with. It is modern, comfortable and versatile. I have three teenagers and a husband and we comfortably drove to Florida from Memphis in it. and I have plenty of room with the seats down to haul real estate signs and flyer boxes. the only issue in four years was the dash screen went out and had to be replaced. My husband doesn't like the wide door posts and says that it has too many blind spots. i can deal with that knowing it has so many airbags. I feel like that's because he is used to a backup camera on his dodge caravan. the pick up is a little slow for city driving, but once in traffic, handles well. I do love my Journey and have no plans to upgrade as of now even after 4 years.

Roomy car

We were looking for the right size to fit our active family. So far so good. We love that the kids can easily get in and out of the third row seats and if we choose to allow them to control the a.c. knobs then they can control it on their own. Only down side is no bluetooth, but we'll figure out a way around listening to our music I'm sure. User friendly as well as far as finding out any and all functions going on with our vehicle inside and out. We're hoping to continue to enjoy our purchase.
