Hate it
It?s too big. I can?t see over the seething wheel. There is no buttons to make the seat go up higher, forcing me to buy a booster seat. There is no air-conditioning for passengers in the back or the third row. It just has to rely on the blowers in the front. There is no back up camera. I thought it was standard for 2018 to have all vehicles with back up cameras. There are so many blind spots as well. If you have a child who is we are facing it blocks the entire side completely. The transmission likes to slip. I can feel it slipping when driving between 30 and 40 mph.

Attractive, Comfortable, Versatile!
This car was not even on our radar. We saw it at the dealership, sat in it, and were stunned by the comfort and roominess for such small footprint. Unfortunately someone ran a red light and totaled our first Journey (5 airbags deployed and no one hurt), so we went back to the dealership and bought the exact same car again. Everyone we talk to who has a Journey loves it. It has an endearing personality like a 69 VW Beetle. Don't listen to critics. We know it's not a BMW X5... but it is a very comfortable, roomy, versatile vehicle that will transport 7 people, at an extreme value price. For the record, we came from a Honda Pilot...

Love this vehicle!
I went from a minivan to the Journey. It drives like a car but seats like a minivan. I have saved on gas and love driving in style!

Too small for family of 5
Purchased SE model. Had no problem with 4 cylinder with just 2 or 3 in the car, however, once the family is in, pickup is terrible. Smooth drive on the interstate and would be great for smaller family. I have 3 teen girls and noone ever wanted to sit in the 3rd row because it was so small. Plus, in the SE model there are no air vents for the 2nd or 3 rd row. Three teens on the 2nd row was just too crowded. Plus, when my 6 foot tall husband has to push the drivers seat back to drive, the person sitting behind him had no room to put their legs. Had to trade it in and take a huge loss after owning it for only 2 months. Bought the Grand Caravan and I now feel like I?m driving an Rv in comparison?which we are all so appreciative of! We love the 2018 Grand Caravan. Who cares that its a mini van? We don?t ride on the outside of the car.

Great Value in a Great Car
This car handles well in town and on the highway. Plenty of leg room and I love the third row seating as I have 14 grand kids who like to come see "Gamaw". And with the fold down seats, I can haul just about anything.
