Love driving this truck

I have several vehicles including a 911 Cab, new Volvo S90 and Infiniti Q60 but I look forward to driving my Ram 3500 the most. I bought it to tow a 38 foot boat a couple of times a year but have ended up using it for so much more, its 8' bed and huge interior provide a load of room for whatever you need to move from furniture to hay and straw for our horses. Also love how freakin huge it is. :-) takes up the whole lane

Transmission will leave you stranded

Truck is actually a 2018 - We spent $5k on the ison transmission. It blew up with regular towing at 140k miles. Not what I expected on a $60k truck.

Great Vehicle for hauling horses

This is the first gas engine truck that I have owned for hauling horses and it hauls like a champ. I expected the truck to struggle a little when starting from a stop when fully loaded but was pleasantly surprised.

Does everything it should but starting to show its

The truck is a monster for towing and I love driving it, however, I have spent 3k on a CPU, 2K on a radiator and had to do brake calipers more than once. I am close to 100K miles and although the engine is great, it’s having some mechanical issues

Dodge should be ashamed

This would be a great truck if they built it to not break down, Last 4 months - 2 O2 sensors, O2 module, hanger bearing and injectors. All under 65000 miles. Total cost $7500. Yes, you read rite. Avoid at all cost.

Great truck! Sometimes little things don't work.

This truck hauls pretty well! It looks great, drives great, is pretty comfortable, and is made to last-overall... The front heated seats stopped working though... And the lumbar support will only go out, not in... And the heat isn't fully working properly... Not to mention the fact that the cab was leaking in the back for quite a while, until I caulked everything on top to fix it (the third brake light seal replacement didn't work for me). Little things that aren't the end of the world, but are irritating and can add up. Overall, it's a great truck! There are few trucks any more attractive! Few trucks have as reliable of engines! Few trucks have as many options! I just wish they all worked...
