Fantastic Truck Value
Bought this 2007 GMC 4 door pickup in January 2007. Fantastic ride. Back seat is a good design. V8 engine handles my light weight 2007 coachmen capri RV like it's not hooked to the truck.

Great truck well done GM
I leased my new GMC on May 1st 2007. I am currently half way through my 3 yr. lease. I have to say theis is the best gm truck I have ever driven. I love the new styling. Plenty of power, car type of ride and good fuel mileage for a full sized truck. I will purchase this truck at the end of the lease.

nice truck
This is a very nice truck in every way except one,the mpg. The instrument panel says I am getting 14.7mpg but when I do the math its only 13.6 mpg. Somewhat disappointed in this area. The 4.8 v8 does not except flex fuel.

The best truck on the road
Previously had a 02 Chevy, Then a 05 GMC SLE I now own a 07 NBS GMC sierra crew SLT Deep blue metallic (leather, bose, sunroof,) this truck does everything and then some. The 5.3 has plenty of power under the hood and is quiet on the road and gets great MPG. My parents have a 07 ford f-150 with about the same trim level as mine and I have driven and it feels like a cinder block with wheels and what?s up with that shifter in the center console area. Just didn?t like the overall features and drive of the ford. And don?t get my started on Toyota Anyways just to make a point some things that previously fit in a GMC/Chevys such as campers may not fit the same in the NBS trucks. Thanks GM for a great truck

BEST TRUCK ON THE MARKET!!!
This is about the 6th Truck that I have owned and by far is the best one... Comfort and handling are unmatched. Awsome performance and gas mileage, if you dont drive like an idiot, even then does better than any other in its class.

Really good but not the greatest
This is my sixth GM and second GMC. I got the 2007 new body style crew cab sb slt 5.3. w/ 20 in wheels, White with ebony leather. I previously had a loaded 2004 Z71 extcab. This is a really nice truck but I'm disappointed with the gas mileage. I do a 70/30 city/hwy split, and after 5K I avg around 16-17, which is about what I got in my last truck, I wasn't expecting 30 or anything but expected better that what I'm getting..other than that I can't rave enough about this truck. The body and wheels look great, the interior is comparable with the wifes BMW and the ride is phenomenal. That is what really sold me, you won't believe how diffferent this and the classic version ride, it is night and day. It is so smooth, you feel like you are glued to the road. So once again, it is a really, really good truck but don't expect to save any on gas!

The best truck period.
I purchased the crew cab w/ 5.3 liter. I went w/ the SLE1 w/ 20 inch rims, auto-locking rear, tow package w/ trans cooler, remote start, dual climate control, ebony cloth int, stealth gray ext. Absolutely love the combination of dual climate control and remote start. I start my truck from inside the house or office a couple minutes before I leave and the truck automatically heats or cools cab before I get in. The truck also looks awesome w/ the optional 20 inch rims plus I added the oval GMC running boards. Plenty of power from the 5.3 liter for towing my boat and passing. I recommend getting the tow package w/ transmission cooler and auto-locking rear. I have not had any problems w/ truck, no squeaks, no rattles. I'm curious to see what type of mileage I will end up with after break-in. I was a little concerned at first because I was averaging 14.6 mpg on the first 200 miles but now at 800 miles i'm averaging 15.8 mpg and still rising each week. This is with 70% city driving and 30% highway. Overall, I'm extremely pleased w/ the truck and I believe I will have this one a long, long time. Great Job GM.

Denali = complete package
I never thought in a millions years I would buy a GM. I figured I was coming home with a Decked out Tundra but $40,000 is a lot of money so had to be sure. I told myself to test drive at least three trucks before a signed anything. Funny thing is when I was at Lincoln dealer checking out the Mark LT a Cadilac/Buick/GMC dealer was across the street. I figured I might as well look there... a GM will just speed up getting back to the TOYOTA dealer before the day was a total loss. When we arrived I was short with the salesman. I asked whats the most I can get on a truck for $40K? He just said, "DENALI" and the rest is history. I felt very Lucky that afternoon and still do every time I drive it.

Watch out if you own a pickup camper
The bed dimensions have been changed to the point that your camper won't be able to drop into the bed all the way without hitting the curved fillets back at the tailgate opening, and probably hitting the top of the bed walls as well. I've had to put a 2 inch pallet under the camper to keep from these things happening, so I have a bigger center of gravity problem, and wish I had stuck with the dually, which I didn't. Should have spent 10K on my 97 3500 dually, and saved 40K.
