Great Truck with issues
Bought this truck in the Denali all wheel drive version and the large V8 (6.0 or 6.2L?). Great truck with more options than I could ever use. Power to do just about anything short of hauling an 18 wheeler. But for some reason, periodically, it would not start. No one could figure out why and the computer did not log any "failure to start" codes or anything else. My only other complaint is that this truck costs more than my home. Vehicle prices, especially new (although I got this one used) are exceeding many budgets. I couldn't even find another Sierra 1500 Denali I could afford of ANY year so I had to settle for a Silverado with a LOT less options.

Very reliable!!
Everything I was looking for in a pick up truck! No issues. Very comfortable and very roomy! Love the unique color. The headlights are nice! A family vehicle! For all our needs!

Nicest and fastest vehicle I've ever owned.
I hate to sell this truck. But I've just purchased a new 2017 GMC Denali Truck in the same color combination and I don't need two. I actually prefer the leather seats in the 2008 over the 2017 model.

A expensive truck but worth it.
Rides better than other brand trucks. Gets 16 mph you would think it would get better. Overall I really enjoy the truck.

Most Truck for your buck
I drove this truck daily until it hit about 160k miles. Never had a single issue. It was hard to let go and trade her in. Overall it was a great truck. Powerful 5.3 V8 that was surprisingly fuel efficient (for a gas V8). I averaged about 18 MPG combined thanks to the active fuel management. Crew cab was spacious and interior was comfortable.
