Shaky Mess of a Truck

People should avoid purchasing a GMC Sierra at all costs. The trucks are sold with known vibrations issues for which GM has no repair/solution. Mine causes me to be nauseous within 15 minutes of driving at all speeds above 40 mph. GM has deemed this to be "operating as designed". Poor design if it is manufactured to make you sick. I would strongly recommend you purchase any brand but GM.

I have been a GM owner for 40+ years

I like the features and mechanical aspect of the vehicle , 5.3 - 6 speed , as well as the exterior body lines . The interior quality and lay out also is something i like. I have only 600 miles on the vehicle but am pleased with it so far

Hold their value

I love this truck. We use these for our company trucks and they hold their value and work hard. These last forever and look great.

Shaky Mess

My truck vibrates at all speeds above 40 mph and makes me physically ill. GM has stated that it is operating as designed even though 3 dealerships confirmed it has issues. Their customer service is poor and I would recommend people look elsewhere. It is a common issue with these trucks for which GM has no solution. Read up on the chevy shakes before considering a Sierra/Silverado.

Great power along with good mileage

1500 Crew Cab Denali 4X4 with 6.2 engine. This is a comfortable truck. 6.2 has lots of power, and I am averaging over 20 mpg in my first 3,000 miles.

Great Truck Inside and Out!

Thus far, this truck has met all my needs and especially wants. A lot of bang for the buck. Great ride and interior space is outstanding. So many options, I'm still trying to figure them all out. If you're in the market for a new truck, definitely take some time to test drive the GMC Sierra. It will be worth it.

2014 GMC Sierra SLE

I've owned the truck for about two week now after purchasing it from a dealership. So far I don't have any major complaints. In comparison to my 1999 GMC Yukon SLT that I sold to purchase the Sierra, there are a few creature comforts I miss. Heated leather seats, overhead storage, and a couple hidden compartments are some features that I feel are lacking in comparison. The Sierra rides very smooth down the road and handles quite well; although it does feel under-powered at times and the transmission doesn't shift as smooth. I have the crew cab and am very impressed with the interior space. The instrument cluster is perfect and has excellent layout. Seats are very comfortable. Overall, I do like the truck very much.
