Best in reliability

I bought this 2011 accord V6 EX-L coupe in 2014 with 42k miles on it and owned it for a little more than 2 years. I never had any problems with it and never felt so much confident that I went ahead and cancelled the extended warranty that I bought from the dealer just after a few months from purchase date. You cant expect high performance even though if you have a V6, but definitely have far less trips to the mechanic. All I had to do in my 2 year ownership is 2 oil changes (full synthetic and hence each oil change lasts for almost 7-8k miles)and that's it.

Saved our lives too!

loveloveloved this car - bought it used, needed something reliable, our first honda (grew up w toyota and vw, but did not have the budget after being widowed unexpectedly). the car handled beautifully (i have experience w racing cars) for a regular sedan using regular components. one day recently while waiting at a traffic light we were rear-ended by a suburban doing approx 70 mph ... spun us into the car in front so we were hit twice, one from behind, once on my side .. my son walked away without a scratch, they had to cut me out, i was showered in glass, cuts and powder burns from the side impact bags ... bruised ribs and whiplash ... BUT ... 70mph? everyone from the wrecker, the emts, cops, body shop and race mechanic said we should not have been able to walk away as easily as we did. we will be buying another accord.

Honda never disappoints!

The reliability of Honda never truly disappoints. I bought my Accord back in 2014 with 25k, and it is now pushing 60k, and I have not had 1 major problem out of it yet. The trim level I chose was the SE, which takes the LX-Premium and adds heated leather seats, leather steering wheel, power driver seat, and Special Edition tagging. Overall, the car's performance is average, which is what you'd expect out of a base 4 cylinder engine. Acceleration is enough to keep up with traffic, but don't expect anything special from it. The engine itself is rather quiet though on acceleration, which is not all very common in other 4 cylinder engines of that generation. Road noise is, however, atrocious. Interior quality is good. The leather adds a bit of a luxurious feeling to the cabin, but on long drives, the seats can get pretty firm. Overall, it's not necessarily too "fun" to drive like its rivals, but has them beat with reliability and some quality aspects.

Just okay

Nothing stands out about it. I bought it new in 2011, a year where standard features for basic cars (Civic, Accord, Corolla, Camry, etc) were in flux. It drives well, but for the money, I could've gotten something much nicer.

2011 Honda Accord

Rides just as you would expect from a Honda. Very reliable. The seats aren't very comfortable for long drives. Could use a bit more padding.

Hondas are AWESOME!

When we purchased this car new, we NEVER had any maintenance issues, just regular care, like brakes, tires etc. That is exactly the reason to own a Honda.

I currently own a used 003 Toyota Camry Le.

I own a 2003 Toyota Camry Le but would like to trade it in soon for a used newer reliable model that has the same features as the car I have now; such as 16" wheels so I could put the rims I purchased, also a navigation system and sunroof/moonroof with low mileage under 200,000 miles.
