Accord

As a teenager all I wanted was an Accord. I finally have my dream car! I find it very reliable and comfortable. I drove a civic for 10 years. I will be driving this one just as long. My absolute favorite thing is the maintenance reminder!

This is my fifth Honda vehicle, third Accord coupe

Purchased a Black, 2011 "limited edition" HFP (Honda factory performance) Accord coupe v6, 6mt (1 of 200 made for Canadian market) with 15,500 kilometers. Comes with 19" 10 spoke grey titanium rims, lowered suspension, upgraded shocks, front, side and rear deflectors, mini spoiler and HFP badge on the trunk. Love the V6 3.5 liter 275 hp and 6 speed manual...fun, fun, fun to drive. Car goes like a rocket and handles like a dream. And best of all, gets 7.8 liters per 100 ks on the highway and 9.9 liters in town. Thought my 2004 Accord coupe (owned 12 years) was a great car, the 2011 is even better. Regretted selling my 2004 accord coupe v6, 6mt, thought I would try a 2019 Ridgeline..big mistake..pain to park in parkades and a pig on fuel. Drove 10 hrs to pick up the 2011 Accord coupe. This car is a keeper! As of 2018, Honda no longer makes the Accord coupe. If you want a great and fun car to drive, better grab one before their all gone.

Great handling car to own

Very reliable and great handling car. Not the most smoothest ride but for driving enthusiast it's a great car. You will feel the road but that's what you want if enjoy driving a sportier car.

Last of the 'interference' V6's

An extremely peppy, economical, pretty, 'full-size' 4dr. Have not owned a faster car since the days of the v8 sixties. Bought 'Honda certified' preowned ....which came in very handy as any and all mechanical issues were covered. Note the reference to 'interference' in the lede above... These engines will damage themselves IF TIMING BELT is not changed out at recommended interval, resulting in any number of engine valves dropping down into engine ...bad stuff. These engines are no longer offered , but they are the dang fastest, responsive , economical units I've owned. Everything sedan now is 4cyl, maybe turbo, and maybe NOT interference design.

80,000 miles and no major problems yet

It has everything I need in a car except a rear view camera. It has a 6 CD deck which WAS important, but no longer serves a purpose.

Honda Accord LX with 98K mileage.

The vehicle runs like a champ. LX means no bluetooth nor back up camera yet I can add these accessories using aftermarket products. Bottom line: reliable, handles great, & good for another 100K of usage.

Comfort and quality

Very nice car. Comfortable both front and back as rear seat seats have good leg room. Equipped with a V6 and has enough power to be a bit of a sporty yet smooth comfortable ride.
