Smoothest car I've ever bought

I bought this car two years ago. Honda is my all-time favorite brand. It's the most reliable car I've ever drove. If you keep it in proper maintenance you will have no issues. It's a long time companion and will not disappoint you. New Honda civics have changed the exterior a bit, so as the interior by making them look more stunning. I actually like customizing, i had installed foot illumination lightening and subwoofer and oh boy i loved it. It was sparkling inside out. I wish all the ppl thinking to get their hondas. Best of luck for an amazing car.

Dependable Transportation

I bought my 2007 Honda Civic EX in 2014 with 40K miles on it. Since purchase, I have been mostly happy with it. This car has been the most reliable I've owned. Besides routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires), I haven't had a single problem with this car. Currently, still runs and drives great with over 100k miles on it! The only 2 things I'm not thrilled about (and I definitely chose reliability over these features) the amount of power this car has is meager to say the least. Plus, it isn't all that roomy. Had I chosen the SI sedan version, I think my overall rating would have been five stars instead of four.

Small functional car

this car fits into every parking space and street comfortably due to it's size, it takes very little gas a little bumpy if you're driving long distances and on the freeway due to it's small engine but otherwise an awesome car.

Extremely fuel efficient !!

Stylish and compact. Highly fuel efficient but a little unstable on freeways. Overall gives you a satisfaction of driving for the amount you have spent.

Best car I have owned!

I purchased a used Honda Civic Coupe a few years ago-very reliable car, rides great, and I have never had issues with it. Love it and would highly recommend to any age or person.

A Reliable Car...for the most part

I purchased my 07 DX at 75,000 km. For the most part, this cars has been reliable. I had to replace a power window motor at 150,000 km and an Air Conditioning overhaul ($1500). The rear breaks are an issue with this car. I kept on getting burst drums. Replaced rear breaks three times in one year. ($2100) So, watch out for that. The mpg is amazing. I have an after market exhaust system and air intake so I have upped my hp to 170 and I love the speed. This car rides very stiff and you can feel every crack in the road. The suspension is horrible. Overall, I'm at 225,000 km and the car has held up okay. I'm going to sell it and try a newer model.

A real gas saver !!

The car is smooth and noise free. Excellent gas mileage. Comparably small engine so a little less power. Please also check the recall for engine block cracks for models between 2006-2009

Great on highway but not city

I really wanted to like this car. At first I did. After awhile a lot of little and not so little things started to bother me about it. It's low to the ground and that causes issues. I'm not that tall and getting in and out get's old real fast. Also road noise is pretty bad. I put on Michellin tires that get high ratings for being quiet and it didn't help. In the city it's not very good for 2 major reasons. First, the suspension is really stiff so you feel every single bump and pothole. Second, you are low to the ground and sit low inside. Combined with the wide corners in the blind spots and your visibility is quit poor. For winter driving it's probably the worst car I have ever owned. You do not have much road feel and the independent rear suspension makes you feel like you are sliding around when you go over some snow or ice on the road. You cannot tell the difference. The one thing I do like about this car is that it drives really nice at highway speeds on bare roads. Feels more like a bigger car, doesn't wander at all, the stiff suspension make it feel a little more like a sports car and it corners very well.
