Only one teeny flaw

Feel incredibly fortunate bought this car with only 4450 miles on it, still on warranty. I am getting 32 mph, it has 158 hp, which makes driving a lot better uphill on my local highway, I live at 3700 ft elevation. It has CVT, so no more hesitation at stop signs after braking. Only change I would recommend, the only way to open trunk is pressing a button inside driver's door. I use my trunk a lot for groceries, shopping so a bit annoying. But trunk much roomier than my 2009 civic, and mpg was only 27 , driving the same routes.

3000 miles and still loving it!

I gave my 2017 Civic Touring a rave review back in mid August right after I bought it. After 3000 miles I can say its still great. The big thing I want to update on is the mileage. I am average 42 mpg with about 75% highway. The trip computer is closer to 44 but actually calculating based miles and gallons used it a couple mpg lower. But that's still amazing! Yeah I drive it really easy most of the time but I do shift to sport mode and gun it occasionally. So yes it really will get that incredible gas mileage as long as you're reasonably easy on it. Sure there's a few minor things that are less than perfect, but overall this car throws you lots of sweet stuff. I look forward to every time I get into my car. What better testimony can you give? Hope I still love it this much in 5 years with 75,000.

Crafty

The car is excellent and gets great gas mileage. The car has a smooth ride and fast acceleration. The car cost twenty dollars to fill up. I drove front North Carolina to Florida on one tank of gas. This is the best fuel efficient car on the market.

Best commuter car I've owned

I love my 2016 civic. I love the looks of this generation and I think it's the best looking car in its segment. It's incredibly practical/reliable. I average 35 mpg (half highway, half city). I know it's only a little over a year old, but I've never had any problems with it. Would recommend to anyone.

Very solid, reliable car.

This is the second car I have driven. In the time I've driven it is has been a pleasure to drive, and it has made such an impression on me that I will always associate the Civic logo with quality and reliability.

Sporty and Reliable

This car feels like a luxury brand without the luxury prices. It's sporty, gets good gas mileage and reliable. The Android auto can overheat and doesn't work consistently, so be wary of computer issues.

A complete departure and improvement over 2015

This new Civic is nothing like the older Civic models. It is sporty, it's great handling,it has excellent pep and it's fun. The 2016 Civics exterior and interior are well thought out ( they must have great human factors designers). Everything is very easy to use, particularly in the simple analog lx version. Top it all off with typical highway gas mileage of 45 mpg. Some reviewers say don't like the engine'drone'.... its a matter of opinion. I really like the sound of the Civics redesigned 160 hp engine. Overall, this is a fantastic car. It can't really be critisized. Honda got it right.
