Love my CR-V

I love my CR-V! I had read multiple review and had family and friend recommend the car. After driving everything out there, I agree the CR-V is a great car for the money. It roomy and handlers well. The dash is simple to use and meets my needs. Beautifully designed, roomy and good gas mileage. It’s a win, win.

Good used 2013 Honda CRV with 47,000 miles

I've only owned it for a month and use it for both work and play. So far its been reliable but time will tell. 47,00 miles when I bought it and only put on about 500 miles so far. Consumer Reports rated it very good, and that and the lower mileage are the main reasons that I bought it over the same year Subaru Outback . I wish it had a cover for the cargo/trunk area - just using a dark towel for the time being. Its bigger than I thought but easy to maneuver and parallel park. I haul yard equipment and tools and love the large cargo area and the way the 2nd row of seats folds down. I travel a lot and it is very comfortable. Good sound system-worker and I, mostly him, forever to get the phone to synch up with the car! It did not have mats when I bought it but the sticker price was about $900 below the Kelly Blue Book suggested price of $15,000. A better rate for the reliability and value will be determined after I've owned the car for a year or so - it's too early to tell now. Hope this is helpful in your car search.

Plenty of leg room, the ride is great. Back up camera, bluetooth, heated leather seats, Sirius radio, USB port, cruise control, ECO, spacious trunk and big enough for my family

I love this vehicle!

This is the favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned. I used to own a Honda CR-V several years ago. After buying a Nissan sedan, I missed being higher up on the road and feeling like I had more visibility, not to mention the added space for storage and comfort. I hope to have this car for many years to come.

Car has been in twice for a VTCX issue.

Car under warranty ( around 50,000) when it started making a horrible grinding sound. Sounded like engine falling out upon start. They replaced it for free (5,000 ??). Just after the car went out of warranty it did it again. Evidently this is a flaw in the car that Honda says won’t affect the performance, however, if you read up on this, it does. The oil isn’t getting to the engine in time so it starts knocking. This time I got it paid for because I kept bugging them but it still needed an additional 1,800$ more to fix it. Fix is only temporary and Honda refuses, as well as dealer, to fix again. Dealer told me it will occur again. Some cars have had it 5 times. Honda refuses to stand behind fixing VTCX issues. Look it up for more info on this major flaw that Honda refuses to fix.
