Love my 2015 Honda CRV LX AWD
First let me say that I am a picky person especially when spending a lot of money on a new car. I want a dependable car that won?t give me any problems. And I am no small person - 250 lbs. So I want a roomy comfortable car. My wife had a 2012 CRV LX AWD that was t-boned between the doors on the passenger side and it was totaled, she was unhurt. The safety features of the car impressed us so much that we purchase a 2013 CRV to replace her 2012. So I was excited about trading in my 2006 Honda Element and buying myself a 2015 CRV LX AWD. After reading all the negative reviews about vibration and poor gas mileage I must admit I had reservations about purchasing one. So here is my story. I test drove 2 of the same models at two different dealerships. The test drive consisted of: 15+ minutes hi-way driving, 15+ min city driving and 15-20 min sitting in the car -in drive - foot on the brake - no electronics running, and telling the salesman that I wanted to feel the vibration that so many people are complaining about under these same conditions (specifically when RPM?s dip under 600). The good news is neither of the cars had any violent vibration. In fact, if I wasn?t looking for it I might not have noticed it. Is there a vibration, yes, but it is so slight it is almost not noticeable. I have had the car for over 1 month and have 1100 miles on it and still the is no vibration. I would love to sit in one that has the vibration so I could feel it, or are some people just over-exaggerating it. I can?t say what they are feeling but I don?t have any issue with mine. I even have a very accurate RPM monitor and have noticed that the lowest RPM recorded was 576 rpm's and the vibration is still almost unnoticeable. As for the gas mileage, I have gotten better than the ratings. I average 33+mpg combined driving. Yes I do drive it to maximize the mpg. I use Econ mode and do not stomp on the gas. But if you drop in into sport mode it has plenty of pickup. The CVT transmission feels different but I like it and it helps squeeze out more mpg than a 5 speed. The car is comfortable to drive and roomy too. Please don?t let the poor reviews deter you from test driving one. If you like it-buy the one you drove. I think this is a great car, reasonably priced, good looking, comfortable, and great gas mileage. Buy it, I think you?ll love it.

A delight to drive
I moved from a sedan (Acura TL) which I LOVED for 10 years. I have been driving my CRV now for two weeks, and I have fallen in love. It is very comfortable to drive, very easy to maneuver, and a fun car to carry important stuff....like my golf clubs.

Best, most enjoyable car/suv I've ever driven
I can't say how much I love the CRV! I have the EX AWD. It is the most fun I've ever had driving a car. I get 28 mpg around town (including a lot of steep hills). This is the only vehicle I've ever driven that not only doesn't slow down going up a steep hill, but can also gain speed with no hesitation. The CVT transmission is nothing short of amazing. I've had none of the vibration issues others have had and have 2k miles already on the speedometer. Lots of space, considering it's size and 2 teenagers and a cra seat fit comfortably in the back seat with lots of cargo room. This is the best purchase I've ever made and would highly recommend it!

Vibration Problem on 2016 CRV
I went to test rive a CRV the other day and saw no vibration issues. I went back the next day after reading all the negative reviews and can relate the following: 1. When getting in the car and leaving in gear with food on brake no vibration 2. After driving about 3 miles when I did the same thing the vibration was there, slight but there. 3. After driving another 5 or 6 miles the vibration was quite bad. The salesman in the car beside me even said he did not believe it. A short test drive will not display the problem The issue seems to be that as the car warms up (Transmission, Engine etc) the vibration gets worse. Did not get chance to drive further but the vibration was bad enough that I have scratched the car off my buy list. It is a shame because the rest of the car, including the ride is excellent. I look forward to a fix or the 2016 model which I believe will be fixed. I am surprised that Honda would allow this car to be sold and then have the dealers ignore/play dumb about it. Bob C

Vibration when stoping at D or driving slowly
Honda ha sto find a solution for those drivers who bought the new CRV 2015 and suffering from the vibration at low speeds and when the car is stoping at stop signs and red signals. Very disappointing :(

Other than Stopped at Stop Lights, a Great Car
Before buying this car I test drove two different cars and failed to notice any vibration when stopped at stop lights. About a week later mine started the shaking mentioned in other reviews. It's worse when the engine hasn't warmed up and the outside air is cold. Putting the car in neutral helps. The service manager said I was using bad gas (this after just 250 miles!) and I should switch to premium. My service adviser, however, said that Honda was finally working on a fix. The available storage for small items is very limited and the cup holders are so deep they swallow up a small sized cup. It is very difficult to access the armrest storage. Not a big deal. Road manners, once you are moving at 10+ mph, are excellent and the car is very comfortable (I'm 6'+). Mileage is outstanding.

We just bought a 2015 CRV and let me tell you, it has been fun driving it. A lot of people just keep looking at it. No vibrations, just a smooth ride. We give it 5 stars.

Own two: 2014 & 2015 CRV
We own a 2014 CRV EX-L and a 2015 CRV EX. No problems, no vibrations and no complaints. Our former cars were 1998 and 2000 CRV's, both with over 200K miles. We plan on keeping the 2014/2015 CRV's for the next 15 years. Need I say more.
