I had owned a 2013 Honda CRV. I am so happy that I traded it in and bought a 2018 Honda CRV Touring. I love the upgrades such as the lane assist, The auto lift hatch is awesome too!

uncomfortable seats

We made an appointment to pick up our new 2018 CR-V EX from the dealer. After waiting 5 hours, we were told to go home and come back the next day and it would be ready. They provided us with a free loaner, the 2017 Pilot. We slipped into the seats to head home and they felt goooood! The only adjustment I had to make was to reach the pedals. The acceleration was strong and the shifts smooth. It was a pleasure to drive. The next day I picked up the CR-V and spent most of my time on the way home trying to find a comfortable adjustment for the seat. It is small and hard with pronounced bolsters. Since this is Honda's best selling car with a lot of favorable reviews, I'm surprised by the uncomfortable seats. The short cushion feels like it is cutting off the circulation in my right leg. The steering wheel in the Pilot must have been padded or wrapped in leather. It felt comfortable to grip. The CR-V's is hard plastic and becomes uncomfortable after driving for awhile. The rear seats can't be adjusted, unlike other cars. The center console in the Pilot is low and flat so the front seating feels open and unconfined. It also provides a good place to plunk down a pocketbook. The CR-V console is split level and interferes when buckling up and leaves inadequate space for the pocketbook. There are no pockets or drawers in the dash, other than the glovebox, and everything must be thrown into the center console. When accelerating, there is a slight hesitation to start, and the shifts... well, it is a CVT transmission. The engine has a small engine growl when pressed. The Pilot is larger and more expensive, but it might be worth the investment for such a pleasant driving experience.

Gorgeous, packed with goodies

Beautiful automobile. Drives so well, interior comfort. A little difficult getting used to all the phone, radio and navigation , but the sales person Ryan Hughes has been very helpful and tolerant, with a computer dummy!. I love the car and have done a lot of research prior to my decision.

Love this car

Love this car , I spent most of my time driving home from work after 12 hrs of night shift and between traffics and sleeplessness , the functionality of the car helps me stay alert , It has driver awareness alert and all the safety alert features . The rear cameras are standard in all Honda cars . I love commuting now that I have this wonderful car and i feel safe driving it.

Very reliable car

I had a 2005 CR-V for 12 years and just purchased a 2018 CR-V and I'm so impressed with all the safety features of this vehicle.I use this to commute to work and for transporting my bike and for other outdoor activities. I highly recommend this vehicle for all the safety features and dependability and great gas mileage.

Great technology in the Touring CRV for a retiree.

This vehicle checks all the boxes, easy to look at, comfortable, with loads of tech. I was surprised that my insurance went up less than $225 a year for a NEW SUV over a 16 year old car with a 24 valve V-6. With minor assistance from my wife I got all the technology worked out. Easy to get in and out of for those with hip or knee issues. I wasn't planning on buying a new unit but.....this one is exceptional!!

New to SUVs

I was looking for a second car that everyone could drive ( automatic) that would be comfortable, functional, economical, and safe. I also wanted one that could be serviced locally and use regular unleaded gas. I bought this car 2 days ago and so far, I am very happy with it. This car handles really well. It has lots of room, but does not feel like I am driving a large SUV. ( This review is submitted by a driver who usually drives manual transmission European sports sedans.)

Couldn?t be happier

Generally when I make a purchase I have a degree of buyers remorse but not with my cr-v. I am extremely pleased with the looks, performance and technology of my new Honda. I?ve only had it a month so I can?t comment on how long it will last but it has been problem free so far.
