I loved it

My Fit got totaled and I?m trying to buy exactly same one. It?s definitely best in its class. While I?m searching for a new car I test drove Versa and it?s so much smaller. Fit is unexpectedly roomy, fast and amazing on gas.

great car but suspension not the best

Just bought the car , love every aspect of this sweet car except the suspension ... well designed with minor flaws with their technology "screen" - but still functional IF you know technology ... best part is the space - it truly is like the Tartus of cars ... and it is fun to drive despite the bumps ... functional and practical and sporty all at once

A smooth driving car good on gas!

I've owned the honda fit since 2016 and have experienced amazing trips (short and long) with this vehicle. The interior design and silent engine makes for a pleasurable driving experience. Thank you Honda for designing a vehicle which has engine longevity and great interior amenities.

Newest car I've owned, speedy and sleek!

We just bought our 2015 Honda Fit to replace our 2012 Nissan Versa after it was totaled (in a fender bender, if that tells you anything about its crash ratings). We've had it for over a month now and it is a great vehicle. Spacious interior with intuitive dash layout, seats are very comfortable, back seats lay flush for lots of storage when needed, and it has far more get-up-and-go than our Versa did. Even better gas mileage than the Versa. It also handles well on our bumpy, poorly maintained Oklahoma roads (paved and gravel/dirt). Also love the extra features included in ours which is a base model. Bluetooth hands-free calling, multiple outlets, USB, full color LCD display, and even the extra driver's side cup holder are all very appreciated bonuses that I use daily. No mechanical issues so far, knock on wood!

Awesome small car, very spacious and economical.

Lots of features in a small car, extremely spacious and well designed interior. Gas mileage is near hybrid level at much lower cost. Can?t beat Honda quality. Only negative comment would be the wind and tire noise that unfortunately seems to be an inherent Honda trait.

My Honda Fit wants to be a Porsche

Purchased one year ago, and one year used, 10,500 mi. Because I am on smaller side, have to use cushions, was pleasantly surprised to find there was a "seat jack" on the driver's side, in addition to standard fr/bk slide and back adjust. Would love lumbar, not incl. When my back hurts (rare), the drive is slightly uncomfortable, but not like I don't want to drive. Center of gravity in this car feels a bit higher to me, possibly because my former car (that I had for 22-1/2 years), had a lower center of gravity; am still accommodating to the higher, sometimes bouncier ride. I like to feel the road. Awesome back seats fold both down, to extend the horizontal trunk space, and up, to accommodate taller items in the back seat area. Super easy to work! When I turn off the car, I can still work the power windows (great!), until I open the door. Reading owner's manual gave me great insights on little things, like resetting the door unlock to when I park, not just when I open the door. Love the fact it locks doors for me as I drive away, gives nice bell if I leave lights on or keys in ignition. Nice clear view out of windshield and back window, love huge front windshield wipers and both wiper and defrost on back window. Like the extra mini side windows, to help see traffic around me, but see below about thick vertical connect bars. I read in owner's manual about the many safety airbag locations, hope to never have to use them. Wish there was slimmer design on the vertical bar areas between roof and body of car, it would help to see better, even with the multiple windows, I still find I have some blind spots that I don't like, I could miss a whole car. Wish the coolant gig was not so low on the engine, I find I needed to purchase a long neck funnel to refill when necessary. Love easy oil dipstick location, and for brake fluid and windshield fluid. Wish the levers for turn signal/lights were placed just a bit farther back, or if steering wheel braces were slimmer, so I could see the levers better. I have to make an effort to see what mode my lights are in. Wish the outer back turn signals were more prominent and higher on car, better visual for other drivers. Like easy door handles, elec. key and manual lock. Love multiple headlight levels, and that it has auto lights in dim light, auto off. Love middle console storage with usb/plug ports. Am not super techie, have not really used other ports on the main panel, but nice to have, plus CD. Love AC/Heat knobs/locations, and screen (not touch, but that's fine, it works for what it is). Locations of those are intuitive, easy to use. Wish gear shift indicator lit up, cannot see it in dark. But I have overhead lights and speedometer panel to tell me. Like the mirrors on back of sunshades. Love the two very bright front roof toggle push overhead lights, and auto light in the middle, but middle needs to be brighter. In trunk, need another light on the other side, but one back there is needed, would like it if it had on/off switch, and brighter. Love having four doors, love fabric interior and colors all around (Blue outer, gray/black/silver inner). Incredible, durable, washable rubber mats, stay in place, lovvvvve them. Good glove compartment space. Wish trunk handled felt sturdier. Fairly easy to clean, but for some reason dust shows up sooner than I want inside, even with windows up; static. And... Wow! what get up and go, sometimes even on Econ Mode. There are 3 driving modes: Econ, which helps save gas; regular drive; and Sports drive. Savings or Not Mode shows in a colored light on the speedometer, which I like. Let me tell you, when I take off the Econ button, which is very easy and handy to do, esp. in traffic, let's say if I have to really move to safety fast, it really pulls. Incredible. Econ mode is sometimes slow on acceleration and drive, might feel sluggish at times, but perfect for traffic, saving gas, slowing. When driving it can help save me from running into the car ahead of me because it holds back on acceleration a bit, since this car really wants to be a Porsche. It can really tear up the road. Amazing turning radius, small size fits easily into parking spaces, but large/high enough to see on road, passengers have plenty of legroom, love the small (but not super tiny) sized trunk that can expand to almost 2/3 the whole car. This is just right for me, one incredible Porsche with a revved Honda engine, in a Honda Fit body. Blessings to this car and creators.

This car is perfect for the city

I test drove tons of cars and the Honda Fit was a clear winner. I have been a loyal Volvo and Subaru driver forever but this little number fit the bill. Four doors, amazing hatchback storage, handles great, terrific reviews, 28+ city mpg, its a Honda, very reasonably priced and my kids don't hate it. I pretty much LOVE this car.

We recently purchased this car and feel very pleased with our decision. We appreciate the price, safety and reliability scores in consumer reports, look, size, and space in the backseat. I love driving it!
