Not only was I able to do most of the shopping on line for this vehicle, but the salesman got the cost and payments down in my range without bickering and waiting on his manager to approve what he offered. It was almost ready when I went to see it except for the heated steering wheel I needed. Great way to buy a vehicle!

I also test drive and researched all the vans. I almost got a sienna but chose the odyssey due to better price and style. Wow am I disappointed. When I take off at the light or slow down to about third gear my transmission jerks so bad it feels like we are rear ended. When you stand and look at my tires and rims you see rust all over my brakes. I have 9,000 miles on the car. The steering wheel groans when you turn it and the sliding door behind the drivers door pops when you open it. The Honda place told me that they can’t do nothing until a recall comes out for the transmission jerking and that I had to live with it till then. I have had it there three times. The Honda customer service is slow and i had to cancel my trip because of this issue. Very disappointed.

I have been considering replacing my stellar 2003 Odyssey with a new 2019 Odyssey. Honda quality has really regressed in my 20 llus years and 10 Honda's we have owned. Brand new Odyssey is leaking. Opened pax door, water poured out of door. Water infiltrating beyond all seals. Certainly, doors will freeze shut in winter the way it is conatructed. Cruise control will not hold selected speeds. Set 50, accelerated to 65 down hill before I punched it off. Cruiaing at 58 level road, decelrates to 53 uphill before deciding to reau.e presected speed of 58. Mode row seats are impeded from reclining to comfortable angle due to 3rd row air ducts blocking movement. A/C fan is loud. Leather issues. Drives nice but my 03 is more functional in its design and has flat floor when seats removed. HONDA should wake up before they fall to dead last among Jap car makers. Common sense, quality and functionality are all on the decline. We own four Honda's presently, but may have to make a change as the product quality more closely resembles Chrysler.

This is my second Odyssey and as far as mini vans go this model is top of the line. The fit and finish are exceptional and it is so comfortable. There is plenty of leg room in the front, middle, and third row for adults as well. The cargo room is phenomenal. The extra features are great!

Possibly a great vehicle, but infotainment system continues to freeze and reboot. Affects GPS, backup camera, rear screen etc. Honda is struggling to correct. I believe their is a class action suit around this issue. The Elite has a built in vacuum, but the hose is a bit short to reach the front floorboards. Things we like: It is quite and smooth. Adaptive cruise is great, auto dimming headlights work. Heated and cooled seats (driver and passenger) are nice.

My biggest complaint has to do with the shifting of the 9 speed transmission in city traffic. It is annoying and takes away from the pleasure of driving. I have had it checked several times and I am told it is operating normally. But, the service dept. manager says they have had a lot of complaints. I would not buy again for this reason alone. I plan on trading. I just hate to take a big hit when I go to trade. I suggest you pay close attention to the shifting of the transmission when you are test driving, particularly in city driving. You have been forewarned.

Honda has always been reliable, cutting edge, good quality, excellent value. The extra passenger and cargo space is what we needed and the efficiency is first rate.

Perfect car for our family, could not be happier. Best van in the market, plenty of power and very comfortable. Did not feel like I'm driving a van.

Many safety features which happen automatically while you are driving. The vibrating steering wheel keeps you alert if you start to daydream and cross a line marking.
