2018 Honda Ridgeline consumer reviews

I did lots of research on a vehicle that would best serve my needs and decided on the Honda Ridgeline. I'm a single mom of a disabled child (hauling a wheelchair), I work a lot, I'm active with friends, family, my dog and a lot of dirt work and gardening. I've owned a Honda for the last 15 years so it was a natural choice, however, all the reports and comparisons didn't discredit it either. Early in 2017, I began the search, and for over 1 year I was on the hunt. I was determined to have nothing less than the RTL-E, in white diamond with a beige interior, and a year later, the wait paid off! Its even nicer than I had imagined - the interior is SUPER comfortable and quiet like a rich person's car, it's really spacious and serves multi-purposes. The trunk compartment is AWESOME - I thought it would be a laughable storage area but its actually a water- tight, giant space (easily fit 20 full grocery bags) that can double as an ice cooler if I wanted. Although I'm not a tailgater, this vehicle is designed for it - with the duo-open truck bed (fold-down AND side-swing tail), the storage (for ice) AND in bed audio. It also has exterior power I ran my house vacuum from. I really can't say enough good things about this vehicle. It's my dream!!

I was very iffy on buying a Honda Ridgeline I really wanted a V8 F150 but the price plus the size and the smooth ride and definitely the dependability of a Honda It was a very wise decision... for a v6 it?s pretty quick... An the looks of the new Honda Ridgeline looks as smooth as it drives... Get one you will not regret it... Great job Honda!!!!

I love the way it perform and how smooth it ride. I also like the style of it the features on the inside of the vehicle. I love the leather heated seat. Over all, I am very satisfied with the type of truck that I had selected for myself and family.

Drives very well with AWD versus a typical RWD pickup, I really like the pickup bed trunk, quite frankly this is my wife's Acura MDX turned into a pickup. Gas mileage should be better (23 hwy, 20-21 in town, note that my 2017 GMC Sierra with 5.7 liter V8 and 8 speed automatic averaged 21 hwy and 19 in town), bluetooth phone interface is buggy with an iPhone, and too much road noise and wind noise gets into the passenger compartment. I have the RTL-E and I like all the features.

This truck is very quiet and handles like a car. It has just enough accessories to nice but not enough to still be a truck. Great buy!

This truck not only looks good but drives like a car. I cannot say any bad things about it. Love it. The salesman Mark Macchia went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction was met. I highly recommend this dealership and Mark for sales.

I love the look of this truck, but the reliability of the Honda products is why I bought it. It's easy to get into, handles very well & the amenities I chose are very nice. The ride is quiet, even for a truck. I love the two-way tailgate & the storage space in the bed. The performance so far has been good. Since I have only owned it for 3 weeks & most of my driving is in town, I can only say that the engine has performed very well. I have not driven it in much snow, but I think the AWD will be great.

The new ridge line is the best I love my new truck.. for the mid size truck so cool and fun to drive. so comfy and smooth.

Love it. I needed a truck to haul home improvement items, but this one is a dream to own and drive. It's so high tech.

I bought truck to save gas and down size a bit from my 25 years of 4 wheel drive trucks. Well the size is perfect, and the looks get compliments and everyone loves the tail gate and MAGIC STORAGE in the bed. For the first time in years of truck ownership I can reach every item in the bed when i swing the tail gate out. Incredible. And, I seldom need to dig deep in the bed due to the fabulous storage compartment built into the bed. The lower profile allows easy in and out for the driver. The key- less entry takes a few days to get used to then you realize you are no longer digging in pockets or searching purses (my wife loves driving it too) . Memory seats have helped greatly in me sharing the keys, an unlikely occurrence in previous vehicles. The dog sleeps better in the fold up seat area too, which makes our frequent run to the mountains way more enjoyable. Parking is a breeze and all the bells and whistles work well. Sun roof and rear window operate with push of buttons and make regular jaunts a bit more special. I love washing this truck because so many people compliment the looks. It's a great little truck. Folks looking for better mileage but still want the truck versatility CHECK IT OUT.
