2016 Hyundai Accent consumer reviews

Very practical, low on gas; runs so smooth on the highway i think i'm hitting 60, but in reality, i'm pushing 90. its an amazing first car!! the only things i don't like is that it doesn't have a sunroof, the tech sucks for a 2016 (except for the Bluetooth radio which is awesome)and its pretty small. But other then that i love my Hyundai!!

Once I got past having to buy two new tires within the first two weeks because it found something on the road and blew a new tire, it seems to ride OK and gets good fuel economy. Too soon too really rate it but would NOT buy another car with low profile tires and NO SPARE TIRE!

This car is just perfect for my needs. Drives great, realiable, comfortable, affordable, and the car fits me well. I?m 5?2? and I can see out the back window without having to sit on a cushion, which is important to me.

This car was an excellent value and a great purchase. We use mainly for all of our commuting needs as it's reliable and gets great gas mileage ... good looking too!

I recently bought the 2016 hundai accent se as a certified used car and got an amazing deal from a rental car sales place in my local area. with doc fee included I was able to get it for 8.6k way below market value and everything is perfect on the vehicle. Got it half the milage as all the other dealerships were selling and the car is only 2 years old with still plenty of warranty room to wiggle with. Hundai offers a base warranty of 60k miles or 5 years i think... whichever comes first... i didnt but you could also buy an extended warranty that will last up to 120k miles which is insane but i dont feel like I need it. previous car was a 2008 toyota corolla which i love cause it held up at 185k miles with no issues but now toyota/honda is known to be durable all of their stuff rapidly increased in price. the accent feels a lot like my corolla except it sits lower which feels like a good thing and a bad thing when I drive it. Good thing is that I feel like I can take turns tighter than my corolla which could already turn on a dime. bad thing which is why I took 1 point off exterior design is that the car is subjected to bottoming out on curbs/driveways if you're not careful cause it sits a little lower. Gas milage is great, I'm not a fan of the cvt transmission but thats what is in pretty much every car nowadays it seems. The hundai accent comes with an autostick if ya want a manual like feel when accelerating but its not really needed. Eco mode is nice but I havnt driven it long enough to really notice a big difference. Trunk space is amazing, lights work at a great wattage, speakers work great, and the overall accoustics of the car is amazing when sitting inside with the windows rolled up... especially for it being a base car that I have it's pretty nice.

Bought this car brand new in 2016 and 8 months later I had to take it to the dealership for transmission issues. Just when I thought all was well again ONE WEEK later I had to take it back in for more transmission issues. Last night my Hun and I went to the store and as we were leaving the entire car turned off (lasted for 1 minute). Thankfully our one-year-old son wasn?t in the car with us when that happened, but it?s not the first time it?s done that and probably won?t be the last. Waiting for the day to get rid of it. I would?ve gotten rid of it sooner, but I don?t want to be upside down.

I enjoy riding around with the radio blasting! That shiny Boston Red color really catches the eyes of the ladies on the sidewalk as I cruise by

It's beautiful, rides great, love the interior, great sound system, love the tinted windows love the shape of the car. I like the fact it is front wheel drive also

It has everything she needs! It is safe and sporty perfect for a college student. I would recommend to my friends.

After years of driving clunkers, I?m glad to say I?m a very happy Hyundai owner! My 2016 Accent is not only reliable, it?s also stylish inside and out. The 4-cylinder engine doesn?t have as much pick-up as my previous Nissan Altima, but it more than makes up for that with gas mileage. Living in the Northeast, I was also pleasantly surprised by Hyundai?s performance in snow as far as a compact car goes? this is coming from someone who used to drive a V-8 Jeep. All in all, I?d say a very good value for the price if you?re not looking for absolutely all the bells and whistles.
