North America Compact SUV of the year for a reas

Kona limited 1.6 turbo just simply put, this vehicle is awesome. It's very responsive with more than enough power, it's light on its feet and easy to manoeuvre. Comfortable seats and smooth ride ,hyundai has done a great job with the dual-clutch transmission. I'm 6ft3 in and lots of leg room in the front and yes cargo space is smaller but you know that from the begining. Well done Hyundai this is a top seller for you. Highly recommend it in any trim.

Love my surf blue Kona!

This car is like the jeans from the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants - it fits drivers of all sizes! My husband and I can both drive it comfortably, even though he's nearly a foot taller than me. I love that I can sit up high and move the seat to reach the pedals. Visibility is good, especially with the easy-to-use backup camera. We chose the Ultimate version to take advantage of additional safety features, like rear parking distance warning and blind spot monitoring. Of course, these features aren't a substitute for using your eyes and mirrors, but they help me feel much safer on the road. The rear parking distance monitor even detects cyclists. I'm also thrilled with the look of the car. I chose the blue color, and it makes me happy every time I see it in the driveway. No sacrifice of beauty for practicality there. If I could change one thing, it would be the low beams - they're lower to the ground than I would like, but we may try to adjust them up and see if it that helps. I would recommend this car to drivers of all ages and sizes, but I think petite drivers will be especially happy with it. The height-adjustable driver's seat, visibility, and small size make it a great fit for those of us who are vertically challenged. I hope Hyundai never stops making this car.

Cute little ride

This is the first new car I have ever bought. I really like this car and it gets great gas mileage. It's a sporty car that is fun to just zip around in.

Excellent crossover car

We did a lot of research and test driving before buying the Kona and determined that it met our wants and needs the best. It is a great size for a car/SUV crossover, gets excellent gas mileage, is easy to drive, and looks great on the outside. I am a tall and large person too, and the seats go down and backwards plenty enough for me to comfortably sit and drive for a long time.

The car is going back in the shop...again!

Twice in the past month I have had the engine service light come on. The vehicle stalls while backing-up and in cold weather. The first service visit they said it was running "rich." I have another appointment soon, after the computer warned me about an ignition or misfire issue, misfire on cylinder #2, and "Multiple possible conditions have occurred with [my 2018 Kona]." Seems they need to work a few bugs out of the vehicle. Other than that, I love it. Wish it was higher off the ground, though.

I really love this car it's almost perfect,

this car meets all my needs, as I was looking for a AWD, but not to big, good on gas, and excellent performance, I love the exterior styling, the safety features, the back up camera...the interior design, I am an older guy and I was looking to buy my last car, a car that was very nice to the eye, and reliable at the same time, and I found it, the KONA.
