Hyndai Santa Fe is the perfect car!

This car runs great! Very powerful despite of it's age. Its a beast. Trunk is of a good size and seats are comfortable. I fell in love with this car as soon as I drove it. Would buy it again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family members!

Sold it with over 300k miles. Still runs & drives

Owned the 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe for 6 years and had NO MAJOR ISSUES. To be honest, I was sceptical at first. But it ran great, drove awesome and honestly was what I could afford at the time needing an ALL WHEEL DRIVE vehicle that could tow. When I bought it, it did have some miles on it but the owner had recipts of the maintenance done on it. Even my mechanic was impressed with the way it ran and drove with the miles on it (little over 200k miles on it when I bought. Over 300k miles when I sold it to a family member that is still driving it) Leg room was great for the whole family. Felt safe in it all the time. ALL WHEEL DRIVE WAS AWESOME IN THE RAIN and all the time. Towed my boat and camper. Got great gas milage. Only sold it cause u got a great deal on a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. My only dislike is that the paint fades easier than other cars. It's better than rusting out like a Honda though. And it's just as reliable, long lasting, safe, efficient, gas saving and affordable as a Honda. Yes I will buy another one. I sold my 2004 for a 2006. Gonna sell my. 2006 and buy a 2008 or newer. I also own a sedan and van made by Hyundai. I'm not sceptical any more. All around nice vehicles.

Foreign car

Foreign cars are unreliable and hard to find anyone that can work on them. The exhaust leaks into the car and the air conditioning does not work.

The Best SUV I have owned!

I bought my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe in 2016 with 33,000 miles. I now have 62,000 miles and it runs great. I put a Pioneer AVIC-8000NEC stereo in and have Navigation and Bluetooth. If you step on the gas it will spin the front tires. Lots of get up and go and very comfortable. Leather seats and power sun roof makes it top notch. I just found one for my Son with 110K and no mechanical issues.

By far, the best dang vehicle I've "EVER" owned

I had mine for 11 years or so and never had a break down or engine work done. I bought it with 40k and recently gave it to my son as he needed a reliable car. It has 160k plus on it now. The only repair that was done while I had it was the air conditioning. The oil was changed every 3000 miles and I changed the transmission fluid. Tomorrow I'm going to get me an 06 Santa Fe!!! Love the reliability of these cars. If your thinking of buying one, don't think, just buy it :-)

This car has been very dependable for many years. It maintains its value and appearance very well. Many of my friends are surprised to learn it is a 2004.
