Wonderful experience so far.....

We purchased our 2012 Santa Fe Limited 2.4L just over a month ago and we just came back from taking it on a vacation down to Orlando, FL. I will say that this SUV exceeded our expectations in everyway. We wondered how the 2.4L would do out on the road and we were very pleased with it's performance. No, it's not going to win any drag races, but the motor never struggled at all even though it was loaded with a family of four and the cargo space was filled with luggage. Best of all...26 mpg on the trip running at 70 mph! The handling and comfort of the vehicle were also excellent. Needless to say, we are very happy with our purchase.

Nice suv

We had the 2011 Santa Fe 2.4 liter for a year. The 2.4 liter is real weak. Does not have enough take off power or enough power on the highway to keep speed up on long hills. We bought a new 2012 santa fe with the 3.5 liter V6 and love it...Has plenty power...

Done it again....

I am in the process of shopping for my 4th Hyundai Santa Fe. I have had 3 previous Santa Fe's and am totally satisfied with every part of the vehicle....ie... styling, roominess, milage and you can't beat the warranty. I have never had any quality problems with any of the Santa Fe's I have owned. It is a great vehicle that is extremely versitile for many uses. Can't wait to own number 4.....

Great Options For The $

Purchased a fully loaded Santa Fe to start the new year off right and love it! Great visibility and was able to get all of the options (leather, back up camera, gps) for about $20k less than others being considered. My only complaint is that the passenger seat is not automatic, nor nearly as comfortable as driver side which is odd. Handling is great, turns pretty tight for what it is and have had persons of all heights and sizes in front and back and everyone says its comfortable for them. Would recommend for someone who has a lot of driving to do and expects passengers or enjoys road trips. This is a very safe car also and decent on gas, easy to get in and out of and if you get all toys its constant entertainment while driving. Also, the GPS in this model is wonderful!

Best and Most Affordable SUV

I love my new Santa Fe. Of all the SUVs I took for a testdrive, I loved this the best. AND it is the most affordable!

Disappointed

I did not purchase a 2012 Santa Fe because of the up-sell from GLS to SE or Limited in order to get a POWER SEAT is a pathetic tactic to use. The manual seat in the GLS offers NO support for the upper legs via the ability to rock back like a power seat does. I am only 5-10 and felt like I was tipping forward. The all cloth seats in the GLS are WAY better than the leather trimmed in the SE. they look like the makers ran out of cloth or leather and used some of each to make them. I was completely impressed with the quality of the exterior and interior and the V6 and AWD. But they mean nothing if you cannot be comfortable behind the wheel. Hopefully Hyundai will wise up and put a power seat STANDARD in the GLS and add the fog lights also. Until then, keep trying to catch up, your almost there.

Comfortable Price & Comfortable Ride

The first time I have financed a vehicle; a lot of stress & worry! The Santa Fe 2012 Limited eased my mind because it is worth every bit of the payment and the interest. It has the room and the style. Fun for me as a woman and a mother! I feel smart & beautiful!

great SUV

we've had our Hyundai Santa Fe for 3 months. it's powerful V-6 engine is awesome! it's AWD is handy in slippery situations. I think Hyundai has caught up to Honda & Toyota in craftsmanship & reliability. we love it!

Excellent SUV!

Just bought the 2012 Limited AWD. It is roomy, smooth and gets excellent mileage, averaging about 20 mpg with the V-6. A ton of car for the money, nothing comes close. The somewhat larger Highlander Limited AWD was about the same on the road with similar features for $8,000 more. The black forest green color without e beige interior is beautiful and the leather seats are very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase!
