Good Car
Great car, father bought it for me as my first one just to learn the car is amazing only problem is the dock its to old fashion for me other then that its an amazing car
Great car . No hassles . 0 maintenance required
I have the sonata V6 model and it rides awesome . I love hyundai now . its quite powerful . never gave me problems in snow and winters . Go for it .
Should have chosen another car
I purchased a Hyundai Sonata and i regret even stopping to take a glance at that car. At first, it seem like a really good deal. Three months after I purchased it, serious issues continued to surface.
FAST & COMFORTABLE & RELIABLE
I HAD A 2006 SONATA WHICH I LIKE THE MOST BUT THIS ONE I HAVE IS 2004 AND ALSO DRIVES JUST AS WELL AS THE 06' BUT IT'S V6 SO IT'S FASTER THEN IT!
awesome car on and off road
130,000 miles and going strong. No major or minor problems with my dogmobile. Fits 4 medium size dogs and 2 passengers comfortably! Yea right!
Except for the color
This week we traded in this Sonata for another one- only reason: my wife was never crazy about the color of the first one and thought it was time for a change. The car was great- never had ANY problems or repairs: routine maintainence only. Gas mileage was great, quiet ride (we did replace the tires with a touring grade, softening the ride a bit). City and long distance highway driving. Only complaint: there was always a slight pull on the steering to the right that could not be corrected by realignments, balancing, etc. Returned it to the dealer a couple of times but was told that it was "the nature of the beast".
Diamond in th rough
Love this Car!!! Can't find any flaws. Best car I've ever owned. Sleek looks, dependable, good gas milage warranty can't be beat. Must have a V 6 for giddy up power. I have an 04 sonata and I refuse to give it to my daughter, cause I just can't give up what I'm comfortable with.
Love This Car!
Everything except the leak in the trunk. Sounds annoying, but this is the best car I have ever had. What a bang for your buck. It is like I am driving a jaguar around town. Definitely suggest buying this car!
My XG350 Experience
Traded my 3rd Cadillac for a new Hyundai. Because it had more comfortable seats (softer), less engine noise, less road noise and softer ride than the 1997 DeVille Delegance with 45000 miles on it at trade. Had a few minor repairs under warranty except driver armrest wear-through. Biggest mistake was Hyundai's choice of sport car tires with only 30,000 tread wear. Discovered at 35,000 miles fot 4 new Goodyear 80,000 mile tread warranty at a cost about $100 less than 3 new Michelins at local discount chain. Car then rode like a limo! Also, Hyundai dealers don't offer spray touchup paint, only sticks. Wish it had daytime running lights-the current system which turns all lights on is not good and causes other issues. Also why not go all the way and get computer to report mpg, not just distance left in tank. Hyundai should work to get better service facilities. Many are more like back shop operations. Oh yeah-please make the car chirp when locking the first time, not just at second push of lock button on future cars. Would I buy another Hyundai? In a heart beat. But only when they finally produce a hybrid or fuel cell vehicle. Better hurry--I'm 74!
for the price, best performance .
while I only have 18000. miles in 4 years, i AM COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE,& GAS MILAGE and have had only one problem, changing the battery after 4 years. A friend who drives only Lincoln Continental town sedan, was excited about the comfort, sitting on the rear seat of my Sonata on a long drive, which averaged 27 milres per gallon from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
