Okay Car to own. Average Sporty look and Feel
Can make a great first car for those who are seeking a sporty/semi-performance car as it offers manageable power and above average sleek looks. Not in any way a performance car in my opinion.

Fun and Reliable Little Driver's Car
As odd as it may sound, my old Tiburon was one of the most reliable, fun, and all-around good cars that I have ever owned. It was 5 speed, clutch was good for a dual-mass, shifts were easy, interior was nice, exterior styling was great, reliability was awesome, and it was legitimately fun to drive. The only thing I ever had to do to it was replace the throttle position sensor. Another high point on these is that if you like to work on engines, the 2.7 V6 is remarkably old school for a circa-2000's manufactured engine. I tore down the top end for an in-depth 100k miles service in my garage, with basic hand tools, and had it all back together in about 7 hours. Great car. If you find a decent one, get it.

Best bang for ypur buck
If you like sporty cars with style you will love this car. It really does have a very sharp cool look to it. Best of all is the price. You get everythng you want from a sports car without the usual price of a sports car.

My favorite car, ever!
I have had my 2006 4 cyl Tibby for 4? years and I love it. I have zero cons with the car. I am an easy driver and keep up with the maintenance. A few small things have had to be delt with, as with ANY car but I will keep my Tibby as long as I can. I love the performance, comfort, responsiveness and the styling hits my sweet spot dead on. I play music and there is more than enough room to haul my equipment to gigs and its comfortable on all day journeys or longer. I see no down side to the car. I'm 63 and am seriously comfortable in the car. 2 THUMBS UP!!

Great Car, Quality Manufacturing
After 10 years, this car is still in great shape (with regular maintenance). The only issues that I've had with my GT model have been: The sunroof is a bit sticky The exterior paint around the gas tank rim has chipped a bit. The original clutch assembly was very tight with shifting That's it. Everything else is great.

Fantastic Car
I purchased my second Tiburon in 2005. I drove it for 9 years and 125,000 miles. In that time, I did the brakes twice, timing belt once, and the clutch at 118,000 miles, and of course routine fluids and filters. THAT'S IT!!! It was a fantastic, reliable car up until some dang pizza delivery kid totaled it while I was stopped at a light. I will miss my car. I would highly recommend this vehicle. If you take care of it, it will take care of you.
