Dream Car

I think this vehicle will be with me for a long time, long time coming for me and to me very satisfied customer. My children are very excited about the space so, I think this vehicle will be of comfort and have had a tremendous impact on my family especially my children.

Owned for two years. Not impressed...

We have had this for a little over two years and we are not happy with it. Just turned 5 years old and the paint on every wheel is chipping off. Rear hatch has rust bubbling through the paint in two spots. Volume nobs for theater system get stuck in. Rattle coming from right rear door. I'm a car guy and I take care of all my vehicles and it disappointing to see this happen. Never getting an Infiniti again.

Great Car

Great vehicle large leg room for second seat passengers. I am a grown man and sit comfortably in the back of the car. The vehicle has nice features and my wife really enjoys the car.

The perfect family SUV

We have this SUV, complete with the theater package (DVD player/Bose sound system), third row seating. Couldn't be happier with it! We've put over 100k miles on it and have no trouble with it.

Most reliable car i've ever owned

This vehicle has every option you could possibly need. Great value for the money. Purchased this vehicle used at 53,000 miles and currently have 73,050 miles on it and i haven't had any problems other than routine maintenance. i would definitely recommend this vehicle and the infiniti brand to anyone looking for value and reliability.

The luxury car is build with cheap material

Well, the design is great, but this car is build cheap. After few years of using this car my rims are flaking, I have a rain leak from the roof. Very bad carpet material. The dash is cheap plastic, they used cheap sun visors which breaks after car getting hot in summer. Looks like they try to cut corners and used cheap stuff. Very disappointed with Infiniti

Pretends to be a Luxury SUV but doesn't deliver

Bought the Infinity JX35 in 2013 brand new. The car has had 4 recalls already (took 3 tries to fix one of those - passenger's air bag module). It's a gas guzzler in city driving. The CV transmission is non-responsive and sluggish. The supposed All Wheel drive is fake. It's a two wheel drive on the 4WD model with an option to activate the 4WD in a snow mode drive only. And then the rear wheels operate only at 50%. The radiator fan motor went out at 34K miles, but somehow the warranty doesn't cover it and the dealership is charging me $1,300 for the repair. When you buy a car for $50K, you'd expect for the car not to start falling it you at 34K miles. Engine began overheating because of the broken fan motor. It's comfy inside and the 3rd row seat (which is for kids or dogs only) ocasionaly comes handy, but that's the only good thing I can say about it
