I would never purchase a Jeep again. However all of the people who work at Jeep are extremely friendly and helpful. I just had a bad experience with the Jeep that I owned. I purchased brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4 cyl. They contain a CVT transmission which is the worst shifting experience I?ve had in a car. I would smell burning smells once in a while out of nowhere and anytime I tried to speed up enough to pass someone, it would instant redline (it was terrible at shifting). It shifted rough while driving normally and it wouldn?t shift soon enough when accelerating at a higher speed. The only plus side, it was AMAZING in the snow. However, I would recommend any other SUV over Jeep.

Definitely, a bigger fit for what I need the vechile to do for me. Smooth riding and turning radius. Great for camping and hitting the road.

I absolutely love my Jeep. I wanted a wrangler to start with cause I love being out doors and it the wood but I am so impressed with how this vehicle handles on trails and in the bush! I went everywhere the side by side and Atv went?

This Jeep is everything I needed in a vehicle and it fits my 3 little grandchildren perfectly. We are safe and sound and couldn't be happier.

This car met all my needs, confortable, great performance with nine speed automatic transmission with new technology, all terrain performance with a spacious back seat and trunck, 4WD, 24L, heated steering and seats.

This car is really a great car all around. The interior is beautiful. Plenty of room even in back seat. Luscious interior. Large tech screen. Lots of apps. Easy to learn and use tech and navi pkg. Smooth riding. Features all there to make the car convenient and fun with a luxurious feel.

I've only had it 2 days but I know I'm going to enjoy my new jeep! I love the sleek classy exterior. The seats are comfortable, front and back! There's plenty of leg room in the back. And I'm very pleased with how much room there is when the seats are laid down. It will be easy to move small things. Which is great considering I'm use to driving a Ford F150. The only thing I'm not pleased with is the beige (light colored) seats. Already from getting in and out there's a spot. :-( I'm very confident I'll love this jeep! And I keep my vehicles 10+ years.
