Most comfortable 4x4 I have ever owned

I bought this car as a replacement for a grand Cherokee and was worried it would not meet my expectations but happily it has been great and the car takes off better than the v6 plus a pretty good mpg

Wish I had bought something else!

I’ve had my 2017 Jeep Cherokee 3 weeks. The first week I was totally in love! Then it had a rattle in the front end. The struts and mounts had to be replaced. While in the Jeep shop, they ran some sort of program update on the transmission and now it absolutely will not accelerate. Can’t pass anyone. They say it’s typical performance for this transmission. Had it operated this way when I test drove it, I certainly would not have purchased it!

Cute Car

The 2017 Jeep Cherokee I bought is lovely. It's pretty on the outside and luxurious on the inside. It has more bells and whistles than any other car I've owned.

All around good car

I was originally intrigued by the newest release of the compass trail hawk when I went shopping. I was hoping for a deal based on the commercials I had been seeing for Jeep. But I wasn’t 100% sold on the compass as it was a little smaller, and being as it was a mid year release there were no really great deals on the compass. The Cherokee was a much better option as far as price, and interior room. I test drove the v6 and the 4c. I like suv’s For the ride height, I really didn’t nees 4WD for 99.9% of the driving I do, so I saved on that as well. The interior of my cherokee has the larger info-tainment setup with with a great layout, and digital dash. All in all I really do like it. The build and design of the interior feels and looks like high quality. A couple of USB ports, an as slot, and a standard 3-prong plug in the center console. power driver seat and power mirrors. All around I have been real happy with my Cherokee over the last 2 years. One small issue with the shifter needing service a couple of times but that has been covered by warranty.

Very comfortable

Very little road noise. Seats comfortable, and overall style great. A pleasure to drive and storage space good, like the features on the dashboard at your finger tip.

Great for RVers

We needed our Jeep to tow behind our RV. It's terrific because we flat tow and Jeep vehicles has the l least restrictions. We just connect and go.

Versatile, big car feel, great handling vehicle

I have driven this 2017 Jeep Altitude for a year and love it. I would never buy the v4 however. I use it for hunting, so I wanted the 4x4 which handles perfectly in mud or snow. I looked at Honda, Hyundai, Subaru and Ford Escape. None of them compared well. I bought my V6 and have been averaging 23 / 28 .Purchase price was 23k. Smokes the Honda CR-V.

Best Bang for the buck

The 6cyl of the Jeep Cherokee is a must if you are interested in purchasing it. The gas mileage is phenomenal as we get 25 mixed surface street and freeway driving and on our first long trip to Sedona got 34 up and 41 back!! Such a smooth ride, quality interior materials vs most other vehicles in this price and driving platform. Cherokee standard equip is good and some nice package extras are available. For the price, performance and quality I haven’t found a vehicle with a better bang for the buck. Again, I stress, this is based on the 6cyl. It’s worth the extra money spent

I wanted a 4 wheel or all wheel drive

I think this vehicle will work just fine for getting me around in the bad weather like snow. My wife and I got both our cars stuck in the January 2019 snow we had and I decided to get something that would hopefully prevent that.
