Perfect for my little family

This car has met 90% of my needs. Great on gas, 4x4, sits higher than a car so it's easy to get my toddler in and out of his car seat. The only thing I do not like about this vehicle is it has no leg room in the back for passengers

2017 Jeep Compass

A truly uninspiring, outdated, underpowered, unrefined, cheaply built vehicle. I was surprised when I drove this vehicle. Hyundai and Kia bested Jeep by price, equipment offered and especially build quality. This is not your old Jeep built by AMC or Chrysler, it truly is a Fiat (fix it again Tony). On the 1st model I drove, the ignition felt weird when turning the key. It felt as if the ignition key was cut wrong. Needless to say, the salesman himself advised that he knew of the same problem with numerous Compass' he sold. Well, as he tested it, the ignition actually broke! The second test car......lights didn't work and the switch felt the same! Aside from the obvious problem, the interior was cramped and dated, the body fit was poor. If you want to buy a cheap reliable vehicle, this isn't it in my opinion. I would believe you would get better luck buying a reliable used Yugo and throwing your remaining 20+ thousand dollars in a blender......or a fire pit. Just saying.

Not your average Jeep!

I went car shopping with the expectations of never owning a Compass due to the style of the older models. After test driving the 2016 I was sold and bought it the day of. The interior is similar to that of a luxury vehicle, very spacious and it is great on gas. If you're looking for an affordable yet reliable Jeep, this is it.

Would of never bought it

As a previous SUV owner I thought I will get a keep they are cute and economical normally....boy was I wrong!! First off it's a lot smaller than what I am used to hardly no leg room in the backseat and front is kind of cramped as well. It has no get up go at all! When I stop at a red light and ouch the gas to go the car seems to hesitate before it even moves. No passing speed at all! Very slow and terrible on gas!!

It's spacious, stylish, has all of the up to date features, it's 4-wheel drive, and great for the price. This is my first NEW vehicle EVER!

Cute vehicle, stylish, but slow to ecelerate

I bought the 2016 Jeep Compass in July. It is cute, stylish, with lots of head room. Mine is a basic model, so it doesn't have many fun quirks. The 2.0 motor is sluggish when going from a dead stop, or drastic drop in speed. I do appreciate that it is a 4x4 and has heated mirrors, but I greatly miss the benefits of a back up camera. That is a feature that I will take in consideration upon purchasing my next vehicle. I think the sticker price was a little high for such a basic model, but my experience with Chrysler brand is they are dependable. I do not regret my decision, but I will research in the future for something that meets all of my needs.

Not very impressed.

This car drives fine and feels solid. The engine is load and you can hear it from within the car. Interior design was very simple.

Best car I have ever owned

This car meets all of my needs. Very spacious and comfortable. After driving a smaller car, this is the perfect size car ad doesn't make me feel so small on the road.

Real Machiene

I love the way it feels but I would like more gadgets. I feel like I am driving an eight cylinder car but it is only 4.
