Well built and easy handling. The car gives a sense of well being and safety. No mechanical issues aside from normal oil-changes basic maintenance. Jeep very responsible about handling two minor recall points at the dealership. This model is famous for racking over 200 thousand miles.

We have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee special edition. It now has 150000 and is very reliable. The leather interior is comfortable. The exterior is rusting on the rocker panels and fenders. Except for the rust, the Jeep has had ZERO issues!! It is great in snow and great for towing. Would recommend this Jeep

It's very reliable as opposed to the 2005 & 2003. The 2004s have a lot less issues. My only complaint is the width inside and not much gas in the reserve section. It's comfortable to drive in any weather and still looks good. I've had my share of suvs and minivans but love my jeep

This is one of the best Jeeps they have ever made. The WJ is very reliable, with many still on the road today. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Great vehicle for commuting to work and plenty of room to transport the grandkids . Love the ease of getting in and out because of the height off the ground. 4 wheel drive is great in our Indiana winters.
