This Jeep is perfect for my off road trips. The ground clearance is excellent. The rear foldable seats & spacious trunk area meet all of my mountain camping, beach trips, laundry & shopping needs.

This vehicle seems to meet all of my needs so far, will see this winter. It's roomy, comfortable and rides smooth. Most of my family have owned jeeps in the past.

I just sold my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with diesel engine. It was the best vehicle I have ever owned that I wasn't afraid to drive in the snow. It literally would go through anything. I bought it new in '08 and just sold it in '18.

Overall great American made vehicle! I love the comfort and handling. 100% satisfaction. As my daily driver it's been more than reliable and did extremely well on gas considering it is an 8cylinder. Took it camping once and had more than enough cargo space! If you get a chance to own a Jeep you will not be disappointed!

This Jeep was exactly what I was looking for. It was reasonably priced and fully loaded with all the amenities I was looking for. As someone who drives constantly for work I needed something that I could ?live out of? at times. Features including the spacious front, leather interior, navigation system, and heated seats make it a pleasure to spend time in. The Boston Audio system is the best I?ve ever owned. For a ten year old vehicle it still feels and looks much newer. It handles extremely well, and rides like a luxury SUV vs. the typical rough ?truck like? ride of older Jeeps. It?s hemi engine is outstanding and a pleasure to put to use. It?s performance stands out most on the highway. The downsides: The gas mileage is bad, and a tank does not seem to last long, but this was something I factored in before buying. The back seats seem small, and the security system is highly sensitive and confusing to change.

Just recently purchased this vehicle. I used to own a 98 Cherokee sport. This 2008 grand Cherokee Laredo is definitely a step up. It has a much more luxuarious feel in the interior and futures than the older models, but still has that off road 'jeep' feel to it.

I bought my 08 Grand Cherokee with the thought of diesel reliability, fuel savings, and towing capacity... The day after I drove it home I could smell exhaust in the car, turns out it had a bad injector seal and glow plug issues. Dealer only repairs around 2400 to fix. Later that year I towed a camper, 4500lbs, it did great! The front wheel bearings went out shortly after that trip, about 700 to fix those. There was a small oil leak from day 1, which eventually turned into a quart a week leak, back to the shop, found a bad oil cooler, about 2500 to have that replaced and have been chasing exhaust leaks under the hood for 2 months since... Now the exhaust catalyst has a crack and the part alone is 900. This has been by far the most EXPENSIVE engine I've ever owned! The jeep itself is a great vehicle! In fact part of the reason I bought it was because I have another 2008 Grand and LOVE it. It has the 3.7l gas engine and we haven't had an issue at all with it! When it runs it really is a pleasure to drive. This engine really does well on fuel and torque. I've never driven a vehicle that handles this well no matter the road conditions. Mercedes used to be the most reliable diesels on the road, but, since emissions laws have become the most frustrating thing I've ever owned. STAY AWAY from that om642 3.0l engine unless you have deep pockets.

I love this SUV. It has just about anything I could have imagined as far as options go. From rain sensing wiper option that starts when the first few drops hit. To the 110 volt household outlets for running my laptop and printer. Its great. The 5.7 hemi with the 6 spd automan is great on power but good for long miles with the fuel saver getting me upwards of 22 mpg on the freeway. Drives like a car with the dependability of a jeep. LOVE IT

Needed a winter car and my jeep was the best choice! I could not be happier with it. It is reliable and handles well.

this is my 4th grand Cherokee and this has to be the best one yet.a real pleasure to drive.heated seats,great visibility,feels like you are floating on air while you drive.
