Perfect fit for my situation, roomy enough for passengers but compact enough for city driving, plus capable of transversing the various weather related challenges presented in the midwest!

Purchased the 2012 JGC 4x4 6 cyl. Worse car I’ve ever owned with nothing but major problems and recalls. Engine heads replaced by manufacturer at 60k miles due to known engine and valve problems under recall, yes you read this right, heads and valves are major engine component. Recall on fuel pump relay and another recall on the relay fix itself. Numerous other recalls. Premature failure of gas tank sensor and thermostat. Latest is engine mounts that are known to only last 60k miles. AC compressor failure. We are trading it in and going Japanese on our next vehicle. I really wanted to like this suv and loved the exterior lines but the car is junk, should have known better than buying Chrysler or jeep. Don’t believe the good reviews here, There are plenty of documented problems on these SUV’s. Just do some research.

I have had the car for four years and have had no problems with it. The inside is comfortable and designed well. Drives very smoothly. Amazing in the snow.

The dash as I researched will eventually become an issue....meaning the leather with wrinkle up and need to be repaired. Depending on what region you live in May or not be best winter vehicle. Handles like a dream, panoramic roof is stunning, options are all top notch and overall I’m pleased w the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 I purchased.

I got my used 2012 GC Laredo on 09/2018 and I’ve had only two issues which were the thermostat and some fuel sensor relay. Parts combined were $35 and i did it myself. Prior owners took the vehicle in only for routine maintenance and got the recall list fixes done for prevention. So far, it is a great reliable vehicle, comfortable and classy. I just wish it came with a transmission oil dip stick. I recommend it.

This car is great no matter who you are. Perfect for families, adults, or teens. Great for long distance road trips and looks good on the road at all times.
