Generally Fun to Drive

Very heavy vehicle with a somewhat stiff ride. SRT engine give fair amount of "pep", but not true sports car acceleration. Beautiful interior and seats are very supportive. U-Connect and Nav system are outdated with poor graphics. Wanted the performance of the SRT and I knew what I was getting. Very satisfied after almost two years of ownership.

Great vehicle

Easy to drive. Rides smooth. Great Gas mileage. Only problem I have is with the air conditioner, cools great but sometimes it will blow warm air out for only a second or two then will cool again. Took to the shop several but of course it didn't do it for the mechanic. Other than that we love it. This is the second Grand Cherokee we've owned but have owned several other Jeeps and all have been great vehicles.

Second Grand Cherokee of this generation

We are very happy with this vehicle. Everything is well thought out from design to systems to drive train. This is our second of this generation, first was a 2014. Other than a few recalls, both have been essentially trouble free. I know there was an issue with the shiftier, but I blame the operators for not simply looking at the display to verify it was in park. Regardless it was redesigned to idiot proof it in our new model. I do not understand where the poor reliability ratings come from. I feel this SUV competes with any other luxury model for far less. Highly Recommended.

One of the Best Cars for the Money!!!

The Jeep Grand Cherokee awesome! It's very comfortable and there is plenty of room. The higher end models such as the summit and SRT are amazing. The styling on the interior and exterior are beautiful. Last but not least the sound and speed of the summit and SRT models is amazing. You would think that you were in a sports car. Overall awesome car!

Great design, suspension not as smooth as expected

The vehicle is great, the design and comfort and asthetics are stunning on the inside and outside of the vehicle, but I have experiencing some shifting issues from 1st to 2nd gear being jumpy, and the suspension appears to tight that it doesn't take away and you feel a lot of little bumps.
