Great sporty SUV
Easy driving, sharp vehicle. Awesome stereo, room for 5 with lots of cargo space. Toes a small trailer with no problem. Attractive color, trim, and interior.

Love it , it's a tank
This was my first car and it was in my family for 11 years before I got but it only has 75k miles, I have abused the crap out of it and do all the mechanic work myself its pretty easy to work on, I have put a ome lift on it and added a bunch of stuff like a 2018 touchscreen stereo and back up camera and its just like a new car, there is a good amount of aftermarket for it just wish there was as much as the wrangler. I've gotten in 2 minor car accidents both times the liberty suffered next to no damage the other cars cant say the same . I also have gone offroading with it a few times only got stuck once my fault (stuck in clay/mud at 2 am heavy rain)though ended up winching out with no damage. I also wish it would get better mpg the estimated numbers are kinda misleading I get about 13/17 city/highway but I also have alot of mods that effect it.

Recent Jeep owner
This Liberty Renegade meets all my expectations so far. Ride is stiff. To be expected with the short wheelbase and design of the vehicle. Smooth on the highway. Enough power to get out of it's own way. I haven't owned this long but I'm very happy with my purchase

Best Jeep for the Buck
If you're stymied by the stratospheric prices of a new or used Jeep Wrangler and unwilling to buy into the off-road limitations of any other compact SUV; then a used Jeep Liberty is just the ticket. Eminently off-roadable and rugged, this little truck holds more than its own weight. It's simple and charming, and so simply designed that even the most nascent mechanic can fix any malady that might arise. The 3.7L V6 is plenty powerful in a truck this light and it delivers great fuel economy to boot. You can even remove all 4 of its doors relatively easily, for some great outdoorsy experience! The only weak spots in this first gen Liberty are the power window mechanisms which feature plastic holder plates that attach to the door glass. These plastic parts inevitably break and require replacement. Be sure to buy the metal replacement mechanism. And the bottom of the doors rust. Not much you can do to prevent that other than clean them and make sure no debris builds up in the square drain holes. Other than that, these tikes run forever! Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my Jeep Liberty
I absolute love my Jeep. I will never own another Make of a vehicle other than a Jeep. It has been very dependable, and rides and drives very nice. I’ve had to have very little work done to it...and it didn’t break me doing so. I’m very happy with my Jeep, and would recommend it to anyone that drives an SUV.

Car was reliable transportation for 3 years. Great in the snow. Hauled a trailer when needed. A lot of performance for such a little vehicle.

Great Jeep for Teen Driver
I got this vehicle as my second car at the age of 17. This vehicle handles so we'll, and has a lot of pep to it. The sound system is great, and the interior looks pretty good. I found this car to be pretty comfortable, but after about 2 hours the seats would get a little uncomfortable. The exterior was okay, but it wasn't my favorite. As a guy, my buddies teased me a lot because they thought my Jeep was "girly". Apparently I was one of two guys who drove Liberty's at my High School out of about 1,000 drivers. But other than that, this car was an excellent car. I would totally buy this again if I had to buy a car of the same year range. It's a great mix of off-road ruggedness and street luxury.
