2018 Jeep Renegade consumer reviews

Great SUV. I go off road but don't need a giant SUV. I drove a Rogue in 2008-13, and Subaru Crosstrek 2013-18. Researched the ratings and although it's been over a decade since I've owned a below average American car, I test drove the Renegade Ltd. and fell in love. Great room, great options. I don't need to floor it and go 0-60 in 4 seconds (as no one should) so was not concerned about super fast acceleration. Solid gas mileage around town. Handles/drives/feels well and good. I highly recommend. I may go back to Japanese cars in the future, but for now I'm happy with a Jeep product. I bought a 2018 that was a 7 mn rental car with no issues at a Jeep dealership and 20,000 miles so I did get the high end Ltd. for about 8K less...so I also have no depreciation remorse. Would I have bought at 30K? Possibly. But used under a year is a gift.

This car is amazing! It has everything I wanted and more. I was so happy with my 2017, I bought my 2018 a year later. The Renegade handles very well in the many diverse weather conditions in Alaska.

I've only had it for a month now (on the dot actually), but it's so much better than my previous vehicle by a mile. The seats are comfortable and are easily adjusted. The backup camera is amazing, although sometimes it messes with my perception. It has AUX and USB ports. The touchscreen menu system is easy to learn and use. Very user friendly. My only qualm is that the headlights aren't automatic, but that's just me nitpicking at this point.

This car is awesome! I love it so much. I love the color,style,and options. Really an upgrade from my Mazda 5(2007) . I'll never buy another Mazda.

Came from a Dodge Journey big hulkey AWD vehicle back to a Jeep,only thing so far that made me a bit unnerved was on the GSP up North NJ,if you can't do 75mph others will run over or thru you. It was able to keep up but had trouble hold in in the lane. Couldn't believe the fuel mileage I was seeing 43mpg for most if the ride. Other than the wandering at high speed this is a great 4 x 4 has every thing you need(except a spare tire,not available from FC) rear cargo space is ample & seats told down to add room, not like the Liberty where you sit with your knees together,tight interior.The Renegade us well appointed with every feature you could want as standard,you can get lots of options it's your choice,I like the Latitude with it's standard package & 2.4 super charged engine,good ride forvtge price.

Really love the spacious interior and look of the exterior. Drives nicely, even in the wind. Seats fold down extremely easily and make for tons of room.

Great vision when driving, great style, colour and plenty of accessories such as auto window wipers and lights. Love criuze control, stability control, the list goes on! Love it to bits.

This was my first Jeep, great car. Test drove it fell in love, it has everything I asked for. Working with the salesmen was great.

I drive to work, to do my errands or drive to Austin in comfort and it is a fun vehicle to drive. I love the idea that I can warm my car up prior to getting into the vehicle.
