best off and on road
i had a 1993 jeep wrangler it was a little ruff on the rroad but i like it. If the tires dont make nosie or if it doesnt make it a little ruff well then your tires are to small. But never had a problem and have friends that have jeeps and in the 6 years of him having it he had no problems and he also add lifts and 36in super swamper. he has done so much to it. But that also why a jeep wrangler is so nice its alot easyer to do things with it.

Only car to have for off road fun. Great car for in town driving also. Lots off road noise on highway. Very easy to tow behind a motorhome

Less than reliable
This was the 2nd Wrangler I've owned. The first one (which was a '96) had some problems, but I was hoping for better luck with this one.I only made it to 114,000 miles before I gave up on it.Tons of major repairs--Cracked head cover ($2400),steering box replaced ($850)Radiator ($600)alternator ($250) Rear drive train bearing ($600) and numerous ball joints, bearings, etc. I think I spent over $4000 in the last 12 months on repairs.A cool looking vehicle and fun to drive, great in the snow, but very expensive upkeep.I don't want to get another one.I had lots of problems even before I got to 75,000 miles.A disappointment.

funnest car to drive I've owned
I've really enjoyed driving my jeep and if you dont need a personal vehicle for anything other than just driving, and having fun doing so,I recommend owning a wrangler, especially in the summer when you can take the top and doors off.If you need a vehicle for more functional purposes I would recomend something else.

Reliable
Goes in deep snow with ease, warm in winter, cool in summer, starts after days in 0 degree temp with ease. As with any jeep it has a hi center of gravity

Great fun solid vehicle
well built, fun and easy to drive!! Trans shifts great, engine and trans a perfect match. Hard top is recommending as well as a bikini top. Gas milage could be better. AC is cold. Rode noise is tolerable. An all round solid vehicle

most horrible vehicle I ever owned
This jeep gave me problems at 50,000 miles. I have a grinded out lifter and rueined camshaft and a cracked head on the top, costing me alot and out of warranty for no such a reason the engine went bad.
