9th Wrangler

Yep, my 2013 Sport is my 9th. 7 new and 2 used. 7 Flame Red and 2 Black. This one by far is the best. Highway at 55mph is anywhere between 28 and 31 mpg. At 65, the mileage drops to about 26. Combined city and highway is between 24 and 25. Love the Penstar. I used to like the 4L also but the old 2.5L and 3.8L had no guts. The Penstar is awesome. I'll drive a 6 spd Wrangler Sport until I can't lift my left leg to push the clutch in.

Best car for all your needs!

I really get a laugh out of the 2 reviews before me that rated the Jeep poor for reasons that ALL Wrangler owners know are part of the appeal. Poor AC? Are you kidding you sit almost on top of the AC/Heat and as for putting in vents in the rear. Its a Jeep the top comes off in the summer. In the winter the heat blast so hard you have to turn it down. As for the cup holders they fit a normal size drink and I haven't had a problem putting a cup in it yet. Are you trying to fit a gallon of milk in their? Did you spill it and now crying over it. Not to mention you can still wash it out with a hose if need be! Their isn't a sole on the planet that owns or buys a Jeep Wrangler for gas mileage and speaking of which you don't own one so you have no real opinion. Yours is biased. This vehicle is all it was and personally I love everything about it but some of what you want Jeepers would prefer not to have. Its the sole of the vehicle not the luxury items that have kept this vehicle around. We don't want you driving a Jeep Wrangler if your a yuppie who can't live without all the tech stuff. This is a vehicle for a pure enthusiast so we are all much happier not having you aboard BreezieNC. I have switched vehicles about every other year for the past 10. This is the one vehicle I am going to keep longer than any. I have no desire to get out of it. I keep coming back to Jeep after leaving so now I will stay! Also why in the world would you change the front windshield? Do you know why its positioned the way it is? IF not go do some research. It is perpendicular for a reason!!

Why doesn't everyone have a Wrangler?

My F-150 is getting up in mileage but we love it for traveling, so instead of dumping another $45k on a new one I decided to trade in my harley and get a Wrangler Sport. Not only did the dealer take the bike as a trade but I got an amazing deal on a Sport. Don't be fooled. The Sport has a great interior including a 6 speaker stereo with cd and aux port, outside temp and direction, but great seats and a manual 6 speed! This thing is a blast to drive. I got mine in black with a soft top (keeping the price down) and then lifted it with black wheels and 35's! It is a head turner and I love it compared to the harley. Guess I wasn't old enough for a cruiser bike. HA! The v6 has ample power to turn the 35's and the 6 speed is just fun. If you are considering a jeep don't listen to those who used to have a CJ or older versions. I had a CJ and the only similarity is they are named jeep. Drive a Wrangler and you will be taking it home with a huge smile on your face!

Reliable, fun daily driver and weekend warrior

This is my 3rd vehicle I have ever owned. I traded in my 2008 Jeep Patriot and upgraded to a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport this past december. I have put 5000 KM on it so far and I have truly enjoyed every second I have driven and owned it. This thing is worth every penny. The wrangler at any package will out perform any other stock 4x4 offroad. I have been through a foot of mud, snow, slush, down trails and on the highway and paved roads and this thing wont stop for nothing (except gas). The only complaint is fuel economy, although I have heard it will be fully broken in at 6000km. A daily driver that can go anywhere with style, top and doors off...what else could you ask for?

It is what it is and what is is a Jeep!

First Jeep in over 25 years.....2013 Sport in Gecko Green. Everybody loves it when they see it. Off road it can't be beat, just gives you a sense of confidence. On the highway is where it's weakness shows through but the FUN factor is off the scale with this vehicle. You either buy a vehicle because it's practical or you buy a vehicle because it's fun........Jeeps are fun, plain and simple and with the top off or down, even more fun. You can go broke accessorizing a Jeep as well but it's a lot of fun personalizing it so you don't look like every other cookie cutter sedan or SUV on the road.

Most Loved Vehicle

I leased the 2013 gecco green Wrangler. I used to have wranglers but moved away from them into more appropriate vehicles for my age as well as vehicles with better gas mileage. This year I said..Life is Too Short !!.. do what you love..and I love driving a wrangler...is THE best sport vehicle...the ground clearance is really important to me. Is an automatic and shifts easily into 4 wheel drive on the fly. Has the power locks, doors and super sound system, The driver's seat adjusts any way you could possibly want it.. I am the envy of all..yound and old ...in my wrangler.

My first Jeep

Always wanted one of these beauties and finally bought myself 2013 rubicon. ABSOLUTELY in love with it. Wish I bought this YEARS ago, instead of driving F-150's. 6 spd manual was the cherry to this buy, so glad to get back into a manual transmission again.. 4dr is roomy enough for the entire family and a couple dogs. Cant wait to ride with the top off this summer!!!

Absolutely Great!

This is my third Wrangler. I had a 97, 03, and now a 13. What fantastic improvements over the years! The manual is really close on the shift points so it does take a bit of practice. It's still JEEP!

13' Rubicon

I have owned three jeeps. 01 sport, 04 rubicon 13 rubicon. This is a Jeep not a smooth riding sedan. Don't expect all the luxuries and complain when it doesn't have them. This thing will take you where 98% of vehicles can't. The new engine is a god send. Once you take the top off and cruise around on a nice sunny day you won't be able to wipe that smile off your face. It does that to you!
